Let It Rot Until The First Week In January.

While the president is sneaking around making appointments behind Congress’s back, the 111th Congress will not go down in history as one of the worst in the history of this country, but as the worst Congress that ever darkened the halls of government, with their drive to push our already staggering economy over the edge, to complete the destruction started with their manipulation of the sub-prime mortgage market that precipitated the entire mess to start with.

True to their Marxist ideology, this lame duck Congress is continuing to write and pass harmful and highly questionable legislation right to the bitter end, when most of them will be able to ride off into the sunset without fear of retribution for the illegal and patently unconstitutional activities of which they were a part. Most, but not all.

Conservative Republicans are going to be asking many very pointed questions on a wide array of issues. I imagine paper shredders are working around the clock in the Capitol just now, as the Marxists attempt to cover their rears. The Republicans should do absolutely nothing until the cavalry arrives on Jan 3. Let’s hope the leadership listens to these fresh, intelligent, patriotic members who have sworn to return the United States of America to her status as the greatest Constitutional Republic in the history of the world.

Put another way, Republicans had better listen. It is they, these freshmen Representatives, who hold the mandate of the American citizen, not the establishment party who, even in the face of the overwhelming message of the election, act like they are right back to their old stunts again.

I hope I’m wrong. We don’t need a battle for the soul of the party as we’re focusing on ending Barack Obama’s dream of an American Caliphate.

If Obama Is Marxism’s Happy Face…

We need only look toward any of the world’s Marxist/Leninist masterpieces to know that we just don’t want to go that way… and while we’re at it we don’t want the Obama – Reid – Pelosi brand either, we made that quite plain this last November.

We don’t like what they’ve done. We don’t like what they’d like to do if they get the chance. We cannot depend on the Republicans anymore, if we ever could. The establishment party seems to have turned back the clock and are determined to relive the ‘good old days’ of the Repubics (thanks, Mark). Nothing has changed for these dudes, despite the overwhelming evidence that had the Republican party been on their own this last election cycle, they would not have taken the House.

Let’s pretend for a second that there was no patriot uprising. What would have happened is that they’d have had their butts kicked all over the place. The Republican Party was all but brain dead two years ago and couldn’t generate the amount of energy necessary to keep a candle lit.

The American patriot movement looked at what Barack Hussein Obama said, and did, and represented. We said, ‘Hell, no’. Oh, hell no! While our so-called party leaders stumbled and bumbled, compromising our country away, we stood up and called the country to action.

Winning the election gave us no time for anything but momentary satisfaction in this greatest war of all. The war for our very freedom. Our inglorious leader continues to cover his head with iniquity as he tries to drive Americans into submission, as he and his agencies attempt to regulate what was denied them at the ballot box by the voters.

His EPA, under Marxist Lisa P. Jackson, is moving forward with initiating cap and tax… while Obama sneaks past Congress to institute those death panels that didn’t exist. Remember them? The ones Obama said didn’t exist?
This is the face of Marxism in America. This is the face of the enemy.

Obama’s Geheime Staatspolizei.

I know people who have escaped from totalitarian countries, coming to America seeking the freedom which we have taken so much for granted. In point of fact, we’ve all but squandered the greatest gift the Almighty ever granted any people. What remains to be seen is whether we have the sand to do the job. We’ve made a bare start with the Republican sweep of the Congress.

So far, it’s been a mixed bag, with Republicans deal-making to get a two year extension on the reduction of the Clinton tax increases… How easily we forget. We watched as our new speaker-in-waiting, who has been making very conservative noises all this time, jump out and announce his intention to appoint two highly dubious re-treads to key committee chairmanships. If that wasn’t enough to rattle your cage a little, he then appears on a nationally syndicated Marxist-controlled television interview program, where he blubbers like a baby. No wonder our political enemies have a tough time taking us seriously.

Looking around the country, we’d better be getting damned serious about stopping this Marxist agenda dead in its tracks. To see a mirror on today, one only need call upon the past. There are some disturbing parallels between the America of today and the rise of the National Socialists in pre World War Two Germany. The demonization of certain selected groups, the centralization and subordination of industry and commerce by the government, the organization and maintenance of a private army (the Brownshirts), later replaced by the SS and the Gestapo.

In the beginning, all they did was march and act like street thugs… reminiscent of Barry Hussein’s SEIU street thugs. It didn’t end there. We know where it ended. Names like Bergen-Belsen, Belzec, Auschwitz-Birkenau are seared across the face of history for any who seek to find.

Janet Napolitano and her ‘Homeland Security’ are behaving an awful lot like a national police force. Now, instead of groping nuns and little girls, they have taken to silencing their critics by staging raids on American citizens who have the nerve to speak out against what they see as a supposed security system wildly out of control and observably extra-constitutional.

It is a truism that absolute power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. It would take very little for this out-of-control, authoritarian agency to morph into Obama’s police state. It would be unfortunate indeed.

This nation is not Europe. We’re not used to kowtowing to elites here. It doesn’t sit well with us as citizens, as Americans.
We will fight you and defeat you, there will be nowhere to hide… America is on the march.

What’s Next?

First and foremost has got to be the repeal of ‘Obamacare’. All over the nation there are stories of people’s insurance rates going through the roof, as insurance companies are forced to raise their premiums in the face of huge new regulatory demands in the health care legislation.

Worse still, one of the largest groups to which Obama sold his bill of goods was our seniors. After he insisted that seniors would get to keep their Medicare and their own doctors, Barry Hussein then immediately strips five billion dollars away from Medicare to offset the cost of forcing forty million people into a one-size-fits-all mandatory government health care system whether they like it or not… and most unequivocally don’t.

Then the other shoe fell and, just as predicted by conservatives all over the country, doctors began withdrawing from Medicare, telling their elderly patients that they could no longer treat them. This was never popular legislation to start with, other than with a few Marxist clones with a self-hatred complex and a need for someone to direct their lives for them.

When the nation saw the abyss into which the Obama administration and the Congressional Marxists were pushing the nation, the nation pushed back… and pushed. The end result was the Republican landslide we just experienced. There’s an immense task ahead for us, if we are to salvage the country and put it back on course.

The hard core elitist Republicans, you know them. They’re the ones who were not in the least responsible for the astounding success of the American Patriot movement, but who are constantly waiting in the wings to step in and resume business as usual. They are going to obstruct Patriots at every turn. Just as we’ve told the RINOs… your days are limited.
Republicans need to remember who it is they work for and why they are there to start with.

A Fair Exchange?

The new Mossad director, Tamir Pardo, will get his first taste of conflict next month. Not from Iran or any of the Arab countries, not even from the UN. It will come from Britain, most likely in the form of Foreign Secretary William Hague, who, you may remember, quickly condemned Israel over the Mavi Marvara incident before the facts were even known.

Tamir Pardo

London’s ‘Telegraph’ newspaper, which is usually one of the more trustworthy dailies, has reported that Pardo will apologize for the use of British passports in the Mahmoud al-Mabhouh affair, the Hamas official killed in Dubai a year ago. It goes on to say that Pardo will explain that he personally condemned the use of foreign passports before the alleged assassination took place.

I might be wrong on this, but it sure looks like they are trying to make nicey-nicey with the new guy on the block. While they are afraid of an ensuing backlash should they show forgiveness to incumbent Meir Dagan, they have invented a story which absolves the new chief of any blame. The fact is, Tamir Pardo was not active within Mossad at that time.

The British strategy is twofold. Firstly, they could put the passport issue to bed, blaming the previous director while absolving his replacement. Secondly, they could look at re-installing the Mossad station chief who was expelled over the incident.

In Skip’s article of November 26, 2010, ‘What’s With The Brits?’, he questioned the motives of MI6 when they condemned the use of the Stuxnet virus against Iran. Some very strange things are happening within the agency circles these days. Conflicting stories regarding the death of one of its agents, for one thing. It’s understandable that some facts are concealed from the public for security reasons… that’s partly the reason for their existence. But in these post cold-war years, and with their stated intention of becoming ‘more open’, questions must be asked.

It was notable, in the recent reports of the arrests of twelve suspected terrorists in Britain, that the entire operation was conducted by the police, including Scotland Yard’s Anti-Terrorist Unit. So where, then, are MI5 and MI6?

Their main role is that of intelligence gathering, which may explain their apparent absence in news stories covering the arrests of terrorists. Given that Britain is the greatest breeding ground for muslim extremists in the western world, should they not be a little more pro-active? The recent ‘sting’ by the FBI in Portland, Oregon was an example of early prevention, although it was condemned by CAIR as ‘entrapment’. That’s laughable, considering the fact that many of these folks openly shout in the streets about their intentions for America and the west.

Next month’s meeting in London will see the British government trying to play the upper hand. They desperately need the intelligence that can only be provided by Israel. The reinstatement of a Mossad officer in London in exchange for top secrets is not a fair deal. At the very least, Pardo should demand the guarantee of free movement in Britain for Israeli government officials, such as Dan Meridor, without the fear of arrest on trumped-up ‘war crimes’ charges.

Britain is not the clear-cut country of World War Two, when they knew without doubt who the bad guys were… good or bad, friend or enemy. Its subservience to the EU and UN, not to mention its weak-kneed pandering to dangerous elements within its own borders, make it dangerous and a nation not to be trusted. It’s true to form that it is more concerned over faked passports than the hundreds of real UK passports held by terrorists.

A couple of tips from my list of rules before your meeting, Mr Pardo:
Rule #1 – Trust no-one;
Rule #4 – Only tell them what you want them to know.

The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Wherever you live on the planet, the jolly red-faced gentleman, hitching up his pants around his portly frame, will have visited you by now. Er… no, I’m not referring to Barney Frank! The Christmas holiday is a time to chill out (or perhaps ‘freeze’ would be a better description, Mr Gore!) and try to forgive those that have done us wrong throughout the year.

There’s certainly a lot to forgive this year. The year started with the news that the number of long-term unemployed was the highest since official records began, back in 1948. While the country suffered the effects of high unemployment, low consumer confidence and failing businesses, the Obama administration was engaged in a war.

This was not the war in Iraq or Afghanistan, not even the generalized ‘war on terror’. This was their private war on Arizona. Forced into taking action at state level, due to the inaction of federal agencies, Governor Brewer was informed that her actions were unconstitutional. An amazing statement, given that the state legislation was, in most respects, a copy of the federal immigration policy.

The administration’s lame excuse was that it promoted racial profiling, even though the Arizona bill prevented such actions. This denial of the facts is the same as that shown by the powers granted to the TSA. Humiliate obviously innocent Americans with naked images and ‘sexual assaults’ (that’s what it is, folks), while allowing groups that are most likely of misdemeanor to conduct their own pat-downs.

Obama’s reluctance to comment on the folly that was the planned Ground Zero mosque was further proof of his fear of alienating his remaining support base. He knew that if he lost the support of the black, Hispanic, muslim and gay sectors (and, dare I say it, the illegal voters), his days would be numbered.

Never mind the unemployment figures and dying businesses – we can fix that with new, clean technology industries (Obama’s fixation with batteries); Don’t worry about the threat on the southern border – we’ll look at giving citizenship to the children of illegals; There’s no reason to be concerned about the spiraling federal deficit – we’ll introduce a VAT-style tax to give us more money for earmarks… after all, your money is the government’s money!

As the year approaches its end and we look forward to a new Congress in 2011, hopefully all this will will vanish like a bad dream… the nightmare before Christmas!

A Merry Christmas to our readers, from Skip and myself.

Forced Austerity.

Does anyone remember that most of President Franklin Roosevelt’s ‘new deal’ was overturned by the courts and strongly opposed by Congressional Republicans, and not a few Democrats? They faced the ugly truth back then. Throwing government into any issue only results in making any problem infinitely much worse.

Roosevelt’s redistributionist-socialist ideas only resulted in extending the depression by an extra ten or so years. There are some who claim, and not without some justification, that we actually didn’t come out of the depression until the consumption boom of the late forties and fifties… citing the large numbers of men who came back from World War Two who couldn’t find jobs in a peacetime America. It was the Roosevelt administration who sold us a bill of goods, about the greatest Ponzi scheme the world has ever seen.

This monstrous unfunded liability has had tax revenues stolen from the ‘Social Security Fund’, virtually from the beginning, by greedy, unprincipled politicians seeking to increase their own power. What we have with the Obama administration and Congress is nothing more than the Roosevelt New Deal on steroids.

Our new Conservative Congress will force austerity on a wildly out-of-control government by starving out the Marxists’ socialist programs by removing their funding. Hear that, Obama? We should go from there to the EPA and the FCC, and yank their funding as well.

The battle for the heart and soul of this great nation is only beginning. We can not and will not tolerate the leftists’ repeated assaults against the very fabric of our society.
Be warned… The American Patriot is on the march and will not rest until America is free of the taint of communism.

Liberty Rising.

As incredible as it seems to anyone even remotely of conservative mind, we watched the insane race of the 111th Congress to cause as much permanent damage to the country as possible before the lame-duck session ends, or the Halls of Congress empty with members leaving the Capitol to be with family and friends for Christmas and the New Year. We should be grateful for that much, I guess.

In the beginning... January 6, 2009.

We need to illuminate the part that Republican RINOs played in the successes the DeMarxists have achieved in this lame duck session. These people can now officially be targeted for challenge and removal. Can we do it? You bet we can. That’s the other thing that drives me nuts about the DeMarxists, the RINOs and certain really thick Republican hidebound elites… they just don’t get it.

The reason and, by the way, the sole reason that the Republicans took back the House of Representatives was the Tea Party patriot movement. We sprang like the phoenix from the ashes of our American economy to totally dominate the political scene of the 2010 elections.

That the patriot movement has this sort of punch can no longer be in doubt… ask the eighteen ‘moderate’ Democrats who voted with Obama and his Marxists. They’re no longer around.

We have told the Republicans that we will not take our eyes off of them for a second. If anything, we have to watch our own much more than the enemy. It’s a sad truth that our own have sold us out more times than I can count. We will not permit this country to slide into the abyss of perpetual poverty and penury that is the hallmark of totalitarian socialism.

Citizen patriots are still flocking to our movement. It’s truly a magnificent phenomenon, witnessing liberty rising.

It’s Time To Act Again.

The Marxists in the administration and the Obazoids over at the FCC have decided that you are far to dangerous to be allowed free and uncensored access to the internet. Obama’s bud Hugo did it, so why can’t he?

Jim DeMint

Aside from the fact that a federal judge has ruled that the FCC et al had vastly overreached in its previous attempt at control of cable TV channels, the FCC has no federal mandate to regulate the internet or any portion thereof.

It’s plainly an assault on the First Amendment. This cannot stand. We need to throw our support behind SC Republican Senator Jim DeMint in battling this outrage and getting it repealed.

Another huge thorn are the RINOs who sold us down the river on the START treaty. It might be time to point out that Russia (or the old Soviet Union) never honored a treaty. But then, that little fact never seems to bother the air heads in the State Department.

This treaty addresses a cold war that no longer exists. It limits our ability to respond to a rapidly changing geo-political situation in which the middle east becomes the focus in a new and different sort of contest, with a sort of winner-takes-all rulebook. The many enemies of this country would all love to be able to strike at us.

A treaty which limits our ability to defend against any threat from any direction or source is a treaty which we cannot afford to be in. The Republicans who voted for this damaging treaty should be challenged and removed from office.

Fish Or Cut Bait.

You don’t hear that one very often any more. Seems we exist in a world where relativism reigns supreme. A place where ill-conceived schemes go awry, or go catastrophically awry, and yet the architects are lauded as heroes, and often promoted.

We see this a lot. It happens mostly in the public sector. Private companies cannot afford to keep people aboard who, for one reason or another, are just perennial non-producers, whether that takes the form of too many absences or just an inability to do the job.

Incompetence rules in most government bureaucracies. The best are often suppressed in favor of the less competent but more politically reliable. The unions aren’t out there to protect the leaders and go-getters… they are there to shelter the incompetent, thereby solidifying their hold over their membership.

The unions are a lot like the collective communist societies, in that the leaders live well on the backs of the ‘peasants’, while the ‘leaders’ redistribute funds (political influencing). Well, the result is the same… the ones at the bottom struggling to get by while the politically connected prosper. That’s the upside down world of the socialist. The many, in equal poverty, pay to support the few elites of the ruling class. They call it Marxism.

We’re seeing more of this than ever before and we’re going to be seeing much, much more in hearings that will be held by the new Congress. It’s time to tell our Republican members, both in the House and in the Senate, that we will not tolerate business their way. Never again. I’m beginning to get an uneasy feeling about some of the people we sent back to Congress, and especially the Senate.

It cannot be business as usual. The survival of the country depends on our determination to turn this country and its entire governance back to the conservative principles laid out in the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.
So I guess that’s the long and short of it, Republicans…
Fish or cut bait.

The War For Our Southern Border.

At first, I thought the story had to be wrong when I heard that our Border Patrol agents had to use non-lethal ‘beanbags’ for dealing with illegals, and that in a deadly-force situation they had to wait to fire until fired upon. These ‘rules of engagement’ seldom accomplish anything other than getting good men killed or wounded.

That’s exactly what happened when Agent Brian A. Terry was killed in the remote Peck Canyon area, north of Nogales, Arizona. Ironically, agent Terry was killed pursuing bandits who infest the borders preying on illegals coming across the border from Mexico.

It’s no secret that the smuggling gangs have permanent observation posts set up on mountains in the region. It’s also apparent that Mexico is no longer a sovereign country, but has taken on all the appearances of a narco-state. With a four-year total of thirty thousand dead, men, women and children, and with twelve thousand four hundred and fifty six fatalities this year alone, Mexico is a country which has clearly lost its way.

There are those who would argue that Mexico has never been a self-supporting nation and would have folded long ago if it didn’t have the safety valve of the United States to the north to which it can funnel its illegals, to take pressure away from successive totally corrupt governments, whose only purpose in being is to protect the status quo with regard to the border and the export of illegals, guns and drugs.

There’s a shooting war on our southern border and we’d better wise up to the fact that we are literally being invaded by a foreign power with no regard for its own laws, much less ours.

Fizzbin!

To explain, Fizzbin was a card game invented on the spur of the moment, by Captain James T. Kirk (Star Trek episode ‘A Piece Of The Action’). While held captive on a far-flung planet by a group of 1920s Chicago style gangsters (it’s a long story!), the good captain used it as a diversionary tactic while he planned his escape.

Being the gullible sort, the aliens took Kirk’s explanation of the rules as kosher, even the most ludicrous ones such as: ‘The second card is turned up, except on Tuesdays’ or ‘if a king had been dealt, the player would get another card, except when it is dark, in which case he’d have to give it back’.

As I sit here now, snowbound in our Offshore Command Center, I can see a parallel to the totally unbelievable explanations being given by the proponents of man-made global warming. A few years ago, they stated that snowfalls would become more rare. Now, it is a side-effect of the warming process. Much the same, I guess, as the 17 degree temperatures I experienced last week, a whopping 30 degrees lower than the norm for December.

These folks just won’t admit they were wrong. Those involved in the research don’t want to lose their sizable grants, and governments would have to pull another tax rabbit out of the hat to replace it. After being snowed in at the Copenhagen climate summit last year, they decided on somewhere a little warmer for 2010. Well, what a surprise, they descended on Cancun, Mexico, to enjoy the city’s lowest temperatures for 100 years.

Let’s take a look at the Fizzbin rule book. Ah, here we are, ‘global warming doesn’t apply when there’s an ‘r’ in the month, especially if there’s a lunar eclipse on the winter solstice’. Oh well, that explains it.

Naturally, the kind-hearted liberals are only thinking of the welfare of future generations. That’s the reason why seniors in Britain are dying of hypothermia in their homes, and those surviving are forced to use their free transport passes to ride the warm buses all day. Green taxes have pushed the cost of heating fuel out of reach of those on low incomes. I’m sure these poor souls are relieved to know that they are ‘saving the planet’.

The liberals’ manipulation of the truth and bending of the rules, including the Constitution, is a threat to freedom, the economy and life itself. They must be stopped… now! From January, we have the full House. That beats a Fizzbin… except perhaps in the White House on the eighth day of the week.

One Of The World’s Truly Great Frauds.

And no, not this time. I’m not talking about Barack Obama, though he would almost certainly finish in the top five. I don’t know how Americans let ourselves be taken to the cleaners time after time. America is undeniably the most open-handed and generous nation that this globe has ever seen. We have held incalculable power with far more restraint than any civilization in history.

Vint Cerf, Google's 'Chief Internet Evangelist', has slammed the UN proposals.

We’ve also been the world’s greatest saps. It’s a sad truth that the more people receive without expectation of repayment, the more resentful they become. The other sad irony is that these selfsame entities’ very existence would be highly questionable without the auspices of the United States and the generosity of our people.

The United Nations was formed in 1945 at the end of World War Two. It almost immediately began a shift to the left, as monies destined for the poor of the countries of the world was taken and used to fund fiefdoms and armies to support the strongmen that emerged in the third world.

The United Nations did a credible job in the Korean War, though the US and South Koreans carried most of the burden of executing the war. Since then, it’s been a steady decline into totalitarian conflict. Under the the UN’s supposed ‘protection’, tens of thousands of people have been slaughtered, raped and enslaved. Money and food shipments meant for starving people have disappeared completely, while UN security forces looked but didn’t see.

Why this great country permits this American-hating parasite to feed off of our citizens is a mystery that many of us would like answered. And now the UN looks to regulate internet use. We’d like to wish them good luck, because they’re going to need it.

This is just another vast power grab by a power-hungry and totally extra-legal organization that has more in common with terrorists than with the American people and the west.

Dr. Walter Williams: “It’s Totalitarian”. Mark Levin: “I Agree”.

It’s shocking to hear as gifted and prestigious an economist, such as Dr. Williams, ‘officially’ stamp the Obamination a totalitarian government. Even though I had our young Mr Obama pegged as a totalitarian well over two years ago. I haven’t been a bit shy in saying it since.

Dr. Walter Williams

Today, something spectacular happened in the people’s House. You, you my patriot friends and neighbors, stood together and turned aside the Marxists’ pork-laden seventeen hundred page omni-disaster bill with something like 6,600 earmarks.

It was an instantaneous reaction by the selfsame patriots we’ve been describing in the column all along. It’s you, you the American patriot, that jammed the Capitol switchboards with your calls, your e-mails and visits. It’s as though every word I’ve been saying about our oversight of Congress has enabled us to react, and react quickly.

What turned the liberal stampede aside wasn’t just all the calls and e-mails. What did the trick was that they were targeted. Republicans who had not been retired and who were up for re-election in this next cycle received a lot of attention, as did self-described (now) moderate Democrats. How an election does make for true believers. Well, enough of these folks, well aware that they were being stared down by millions of activist citizens who organized and acted virtually overnight.

I’m not suggesting that our Patriot Movement was entirely responsible for the omnibus spending monster’s demise, but there’s no doubt in my mind that we changed enough minds to affect the outcome.

Pretty much all of the country realizes that we are witnessing an entire government out of control, threatening our freedom from many directions at the same time. This is an outlaw government, totally unresponsive to the people… the citizens of this great land. This government is operating outside the Constitution and must be stopped.

We won a victory today. A small one in this war for America’s life. If the politicians know we’re looking right over their shoulders, prepared to act, a lot of these RINOs won’t be nearly as ready to get up to their usual sellouts and betrayals.

The Gift That Just Keeps Giving.

All the world is finger-pointing at Israel and the United States as the authors of the Iranians' nemesis Stuxnet. I think they / we should take credit for it. The Iranian capacity for dealing with Stuxnet has been nearly non-existent.

The car in which Majid Shahriari was killed.

The only pretense they had at combating the rampaging worm was taken out by assassins that everyone is assuming were the Mossad… or the CIA. Majid Shahriari and Fereydoun Abbasi were attacked using a ‘limpet’ type explosive device placed on their respective vehicle windows by ‘persons unknown’ on motorcycles, detonating the devices several seconds after adhering them to the windows.

Shahriari, one of Iran’s leading nuclear scientists and the only man in Iran with any hope of unraveling the complexities of the Stuxnet worm, was killed instantly. Abbasi was wounded but survived. Recently, things have been rather tough on Iranian atomic scientists because five other noted Iranian scientists have been killed. Sorry, folks, this has Israel, the US, and most especially Mossad, written all over it.

A look back at recent history will put things into perspective. First… Israel has been penetrating Iranian and Syrian airspace for some time, testing air defenses and, obviously, getting a good look around in the process. Second… Iran was busy touting the opening of its new Bushehr reactor and preparing it to be fueled. We suddenly hear stories out of Iran of three strange unknown missiles striking the dome of the reactor. The best the Iranians come up with is that it was a defense readiness drill. Even then, Stuxnet was gaining footholds in the Iranians’ computer networks and spreading patiently… waiting.

Consider this. Stuxnet will be there waiting for the Iranians when they get up this morning… and every morning. It’s quiet, it’s patient and it’s rapacious. In short, it’s perfect. Estimates are that Iran’s nuclear ambitions are taking about a two year hiatus. Stuxnet is a very sophisticated, complex and efficient creation, almost guaranteeing its authorship by a state, as opposed to groups of anarchistically-bent hackers such as those associated with WikiLeaks or other left wing hacker groups.

Don’t expect this latest assault against the Iranian threat to be the last, or nearly so.
Remember… Israel is going to do what you’d least expect it to do, when you least expect it to do it.

BOHICA!- Bend Over, Here It Comes Again.

Nineteen hundred pages… one point one trillion dollars. The DeMarxists are obviously going for a Guinness record on spending. An incredible 6,600 earmarks. This isn’t pork. It’s sausage manufacture on a grand scale. This is economics, Democrat style. Everyone take a good long look. God willing, this is their last gasp.

There were a lot of conservatives unhappy with the tax compromise. I also would have preferred stand-alone bills and up-or-down votes on these issues. But one overriding factor decided in favor of it, for me.

There have been ample warnings by some economists, whose opinions I respect, that if we permitted the sunset of the Bush tax cuts to occur, the negative effect on the nation’s economy and jobs would propel the country into a double dip recession.

As it is, the very first tendrils of real recovery have just now made an appearance on the American economic scene. Stocks have been doing well up until now, propelled mainly by corporations grinding every erg of earning capacity out of their severely reduced staffs and downsized operations. There are signs of confidence in the retail field with strong pre-Christmas sales being reported.

Yes, there are signs of life in the economy, most likely bolstered by the Republican tidal wave in November. People are just more optimistic now that they can see that Barack Obama’s march to totalitarianism will be severely curtailed, if not destroyed altogether.

Business can now count on a stable tax rate for the next two years. It means that we have these battles to fight again in two years. Better to fight them with a Republican Congress and a newly elected Conservative Republican President.

This latest, and hopefully last, spending extravaganza by the Obama Congress is just more salt on an open sore, but we cannot lose sight of the goals we have set.

Unconstitutional – Gee, Who’d Have Thought?

It’s refreshing to see the layers of the Democrat-Marxist debacle peel away, revealing layer after layer of rot, revealing more and more of who they really are. They’ve been exposed as never before.

Supremely arrogant in their insurmountable majorities, they forged ahead time after time ignoring the stated will of the American citizen. These DeMarxists suborned the Constitutional process repeatedly, in their breakneck rush to embroil the nation so deeply in their Marxi-Socialist pipe dreams. With the immaculation (thanks, Rush) of Barack Hussein Obama, the scene was set.

With the inevitable (and engineered) crash of the housing and mortgage loan industries, the DeMarxists made their move. People are much more amenable to being stampeded into doing something really stupid if they are frightened and uncertain. What we saw occur between 2008-2009 was nothing less than a trainwreck… millions of Americans losing their jobs, homes and savings due to the worst recession since the great depression.

The tidal wave that swept Barack Obama to the presidency receded, leaving the flotsam and jetsam of Marxist dogma infesting the halls of government and the Democrat Congress, whom I choose to identify with the descriptive ‘DeMarxist’.

Once the American people got over the initial shock of having our government tell us that unless we gave them the keys to the kingdom the sky would fall, Americans started asking questions and following the money. All over the nation, Americans came together and said “No! This isn’t right and it shall not stand”.

US District Judge Henry Hudson

Yesterday, we had a federal judge rule the prime tenant of Obamacare ‘unconstitutional’. What’s more, we’ve challenged Congress’s use of the Interstate Commerce Act, under which auspices they have repeatedly circumvented the Constitution using the commerce clause, garnering more power to themselves in the process.

I’m pretty sure that once the unconstitutionality of so much of what the Obama cabal has done is scrutinized it can be overturned, unregulated or unfunded. We need to play Constitutional hardball. Hear that, Boehner?

The Republican party has the greatest opportunity of our lifetimes to put this country back on a Constitutional path.
Don’t blow it!

Watching Us, Watching Them.

It’s a shame that we have to spend at least as much time watching ‘our side’ as we do the DeMarxists and the White House cabal. Yes, it is a shame, but if we think that a little thing like a historic power shift changes anything for some of these folks, we’d better guess again.

Unfortunately, as we’ve shown, vacuuming up pork is not a domain reserved for the Democrats. There are some of the elite ‘establishment’ Republicans who are not going to be willing to give up what they see as their prerogatives. These are the ones who should have listened to what the country was saying. If they paid attention it was only long enough to hitch a ride on the tail of the meteoric rise of the American Patriot movement. They were mouthing the right words, but there were some of us that were on the sarcastic side of suspicious.

We’ve since been proven unhappily correct, watching the antics of a few like Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe. All I guess that goes to prove is that they performed exactly as expected. I don’t know why we should act surprised. It does point out the the necessity of watching our ‘own’ as much as we watch the multiplicity of enemies who threaten our nation… from within or without.

There will be no compromise on liberty. There will be no accommodation on the conservative principles that swept us to office. The American people spoke in no uncertain terms. We want fiscal restraint and low tax rates to encourage business and new hiring. We want Obamacare repealed… repealed is not spelled ‘repaired’, either.

We want our borders controlled and the bad guys inside our country tracked down and rooted out. We want a military free of social engineering and politically correct policy detrimental to combat readiness and efficiency.
But through it all, our eyes will be on you!

Britain’s Present Will Be Our Future Unless We Wise Up Now!

Watching the total anarchy playing out in London’s streets… An out-of-control, mindless mob of social welfare government-created clones, clamoring for more and more from a government which has no more to give. Which has had no more to give for a long time. We are witnessing the collapse of the classic nanny state.

Told that the government was going to have to raise school tuition fees, these ‘students’, as the ever cowardly lame stream press is calling them, are the direct result of government welfare cradle-to-grave entitlements.
It seems the police have been so neutered they cannot even protect the royal family any longer. A couple of those cretins came very close to laying hands on the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, who actually took a jab in the ribs from a stick… it could have as easily been a knife. How did the supposedly armored Rolls have a window open to start with and where were the security guys?

Then there’s the story that the street cops and the Prince’s escorts were on different frequencies. I think the government of Britain and its people have been on different frequencies for a long time.

A socialist thug attacks the royal car

The fact that these mindless, vicious anarchists are being directed cannot be discounted. An experienced crowd control guy can pretty much pick out the agitators and the organizers. I no more believe that these riots are spontaneous than that the moon is made of Brie.

But they sure can be instructive as to what we can expect here in this country if we don’t seize history here and now, and change the course that Barack Obama and his Marxists have tried to put us on. I’m with Larry Kudlow on this. The ‘tax cuts’, which are in fact not cuts at all but just a reprieve from the steeply increased income taxes foisted on us by Bill Clinton, are the necessary fuel to get small business going again.

I remember those taxes…they hurt badly. Larry’s calling the tax plan a good start to get business moving again, and he’s right. It’s significant that Barack Obama had to bring in Bubba to explain why raising taxes, in an already disastrously weakened economy with people unemployed for years, with homes and businesses being lost, might not be such a good idea.

The left is howling mad. They feel the country slipping from what they thought for sure was the fast grip of socialist penury. You want to see what that would look like? Look at Europe.

The left is blind to anything outside its ideological focus. The complete and virtually universal American rejection of socialism and all it stands for has blindsided them. They’re lashing around like a beheaded snake… but no less dangerous for that.

Getting It Right.

Ok, Republicans, we’ve handed you command of the Congress and bolstered our numbers in the Senate as well. You cloaked yourselves in the language and the trappings of our patriotic movement. By doing so, Republicans knew full well that we, the ‘Tea-Party’ Patriots, the Constitutional Conservative movement was, and is, sweeping the nation even as this is written. The price of our support was not conditional, it was adherence to conservative principles, and unfortunately we are already witnessing some disturbing symptoms of weakness in the leadership.

John Boehner speaks at a December 2 press conference

So, you’re going to come to us and convince us that spending another 250 billion dollars is somehow going to translate to lowering a deficit that, were it a reactor, would be bleeding lethal radiation? The end result will be the same if we, you and I, don’t stop it.

Boehner announced on Friday that he and his new Congress would sacrifice for the sake of the people and cut their budgets 5%. Are you ready for a what?!! Moment? John, do you have a clue? Do you realize that the only way out of this mess is to push for permanent tax cuts, to start hacking and slashing non-essential, government multiple redundant bureaucracies. Other than defense and security, there’s absolutely no bureau, or bureaux, that couldn’t be slashed by 50% or more.

You need to push for an up or down vote on the tax issue. What’s going to be readily apparent to you ‘Conservative’ Republicans is that we trust you more than we trust the DeMarxists, which is to say, not at all. We have the conservative cavalry coming into the battle as a New Year gift to the progressives (let’s see how many different words we can find for communist).

John, we really want you to be successful… but any more appointments like your last two and we may have to reevaluate your commitment to the conservative cause, and perhaps your leadership of the House, at that.
Let’s get this right. We’re going to have this one shot at it. If you Republicans can’t hack it, move aside, because we the people can.

Hey Boehner, What Gives?

First, you hitch a ride on the Tea Party patriot movement, which was just fine by us, because back then you were doing the heavy conservative bit to the hilt. Now it’s come to our attention that a couple of grade-A RINOs have been appointed by Mr Boehner. One is Fred Upton… Does anyone know that name?

He’s a Republican… at least that’s what he says he is. But Mr Upton is best known as the Republican who took our incandescent lights away from us, in an immense political giveaway scam to the manufacturers of fluorescent light bulbs. Yeah, you know the ones with that sickly harsh white light that are full of mercury vapor? You know… the ones that take three pages of instructions on cleanup and decontamination if one of them breaks?

Yeah, that’s him, that Fred Upton. But he says he’s cured. He’s seen the conservative light. He’s going to work tirelessly to rescind his own regulation. Ain’t that sweet? And he’s got buddies over at the EPA. Won’t that be cozy?

Hal Rogers is another gem of a pick by our Mr Boehner. Known as the ‘Kentucky Pork King’, he has shoveled 131 earmarks totaling a whopping quarter of a billion dollars. Umm… hey John, had you given any thought to what this is likely to do to people’s perception of our new fiscal conservatism?

Hey, John. You were at those Tea Party events. Did you maybe somehow not get the message? We don’t want your recycled RINOs. Scrub them up and paint them any color you wish. If it walks like a RINO, if it talks like a RINO…
Keep it up like this, John, and it’s going to be a short reign.

These Are Perilous Times.

I’m pretty certain that every bad actor worldwide is watching Obama’s fumbling mismanagement of the affairs of our nation, looking for every weakness, every security lapse, every leak. As recent events have shown us, that can be considerable.

I won’t belabor the security angle… its glaring inadequacies are not only apparent to most of us, but are a major irritant besides. It’s the proverbial burr under the saddle that drives every patriot nuts, just thinking about the thousands of middle eastern jihad types that won’t ever have to run the gauntlet of the cretins at the TSA, like US citizens are being subjected to.

Obama’s boondoggles are legion and their cumulative effect will not be known for years yet. The palpable, visible evidence of the DeMarxist death march through our economy are all around us. Our enemies gather while Obama and his socialist cabal secretly, and not so secretly, do everything they possibly can to weaken this country in the face of the threat we face, in a world seemingly gone mad and at the brink of conflagration.

A liberal-infiltrated, politicized Pentagon has just proven how far they will go to forward ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’. To show you the severity of the issue, several high ranking officers have notified the PC chair-warmers that such a change would have a negative effect on combat effectiveness. Had the Pentagon taken their ‘poll’ from combat line troops, instead of the local gay bars around DC, they’d have gotten a far different result.

The ‘Dream Act’ is another attack on this country, its citizens and our Constitution. The DeMarxists are in a paroxysm of desperate activity to see their agenda, or what’s left of it, pass by Jan 1.
Do we want to be labeled the party of ‘No’… oh hell, yes!

Standby… Voter Rage Will Continue Momentarily.

The DeMarxists are flipping out over what they see as Obama’s sell out to the Republicans. Some are threatening a primary challenge… others are less reactionary, but still bitterly critical of their erstwhile Anointed One.

Mary Landrieu - Not as friendly with Obama as in this 2009 photo.

Obama got nowhere with his mealy-mouthed assurances, saying these ‘tax cuts’ for the rich would not stand… and ‘we’ll fight this battle again in two years’. Sure you will Bub, and you’ll get the same result. What we are witnessing is the most dramatic political shipwreck in modern history. It makes Nixon and Watergate look like the panty-raid it was.

It’s really sort of fun watching them, these far left nutcases all trying to out-nutcase themselves in lining up to chastise their leader. They haven’t gotten around to blaming this on George Bush or Sarah Palin yet, but they will.

The Dream Act has become a nightmare. Poor old Harry just can’t get a word in edgewise these days. Republican RINOs and Democrats that are up for election this next cycle are walking around like they’re doing pin the tail on the donkey… only they’re the donkeys. Harry can’t herd his cats… and there’s plenty in the DeMarxist Senate that are up for re-election this cycle, also.

These folks are ready and willing to break party discipline in a New York heartbeat if they think it may soften what’s coming down the pike in 2012. Doesn’t bode well for Harry’s numbers in the Senate now, does it?

Taxes To Remain At Present Level.

Obama got rolled. He even sweetened the deal for Conservative Republicans with a proposed 2.5% reduction in withholding for the next year. What’s most important though is that American business can take a deep breath and at least look forward to two years of certainty. Maybe the engine of small business can generate a few jobs.

It means that we’ll have this fight to do over, but we’ll have the House and the huge advantage of the influence and power of the Tea Party patriots. We’ll have to hold our conservative warriors’ noses to the grindstone… and along the way we can remind the RINOs just who’s watching them and that we can, and will, oppose and defeat them. Give them something to think about, in any case.

Conservatives are perforce frowning about the extension of unemployment benefits for another thirteen months, saying that a total of three years unemployment is tantamount to institutionalized welfare, à la Europe. And some conservatives are even more irritated about the inclusion of some giveaways to people who don’t even pay taxes. Call it earned income or whatever, it’s an annual welfare goody bag paid out of our taxes.

The spin will trumpet a success for Obama, calling it bi-partisan compromise and all the usual garbage that the leftist press regurgitates. Obama’s back was against the wall and for the Conservatives the positioning couldn’t have been better. If he (Obama) had let the Bush tax cuts expire, the resultant economic carnage would have been more than even Obama is willing to face.

With his presidency hanging by a thread, he’s going to have to tread really lightly. As it is, the country is blaming him and his cabal of leftist activists for everything that’s gone on in the last two years. And they’re right. Obama’s whole presidency has degenerated to the point where all that they have is their failed ideology. You could see the bitterness on Obama’s face, you could hear the undercurrent of anger in his voice.

He does not like it when the people speak. American freedom and the spirit of a free people are diametrically opposed to everything Obama and the DeMarxists stand for.
Hey, Obama… get used to it.

Truth Or Consequences.

Truth… a rare creature seldom seen near our nation’s Capitol. Watching the massive assault which has been launched against this nation is just mind boggling. We have the Marxist Democrat Congress, a defeated lame-duck Congress, attempting to ram through every single item they had left on their wish list before the Conservatives take over in January.

They’re not having great success up to this point and President Obama worked out a ‘compromise’ with the Republicans. People speak: He got his clock cleaned and the unemployment bone they tossed him won’t hide that.

His administration cannot manage the country. Obama’s entire government is a security nightmare on every single level. He himself could never have passed a security clearance, had one been run. Someone, somewhere, has a dossier on our glorious leader, or maybe several. Remember the Clintons combing through hundreds of confidential FBI files that just magically ‘appeared’ at the White House?

The Clinton White House was full of leaks also. Irresponsible, criminal release of confidential and secret materials has cost this country huge amounts of treasure, but far worse than that, it has cost us irreplaceable human assets. It’s usually done by ‘unnamed’ sources that feed the slavish lame stream media, generally timed to do the maximum amount of damage to our intelligence capacity.

This Obama White House has taken lapsed security and leaking information to new heights of irresponsibility. How was a lowly PFC able to access as much information as was alleged, ‘intelligence analyst’ or not? A PFC is the second lowliest form of life in the army’s hierarchy. What was this individual doing that permitted him to access so much information without supervision?

It’s tough to realize that security has slipped since my active Marine days… things today appear pretty sloppy by comparison. What I think is that the Pentagon and our national security apparatus had better do a real strip search… our State Department didn’t get the name “Foggy Bottom” for nothing. It’s long been home to leftist activists. I, and other writers who are drawn to these things like moths to light, have been concerned at what we saw as a definite politicizing of the Pentagon and the definite and not favorable effect it’s had on our combat troops.

These politically protected leftists need to be replaced. Left to spread their corruption, these people do terrible damage to the spirit and combat readiness of US forces. Just look at the Pentagon this last week, proclaiming a supposed ‘poll’ taken amongst US troops about ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’, supposedly overwhelmingly in favor of the law’s repeal. Horseradish… that poll was as phony as the Pentagon itself has become… with far too many senior officers willing to sell their men out for the rewards of political correctness.

Maybe the shakedown needs to start at the top.

Israel’s Raging Fires Could Be Our Own.

Happy third day of Hanukkah to my Jewish friends and readers. Those who have followed this column will remember my mention of having friends from Israel who are very closely connected there. I wrote about my friend who was a veteran of two of Israel’s wars and who had the dubious honor of having two different tanks shot out from under him and living to talk about it.

We were talking about the fires in Israel. Two things came out of the brief discussion. One, we both feel certain that the fires are due to arson. But further than that, look at it from the terrorists’ point of view if in fact arson it is. It’s a really low budget, zero technology, low risk hit for the terrorists. It killed over forty Israelis. They may not find it quite as easy to do next time. Israel is wasting no time bulking up on fire fighting equipment and wild lands fire fighting technology.

It’s something we have an awful lot of experience with here in America. I have another friend who is a crew leader on a federal hot-shot fire crew. He was on the same fire in northern California that took the lives of a fire crew… he was one ridge over. He told me that if the wind had shifted the other way it could have been his crew. The Israelis will learn from the best.

Here’s where it gets ugly… and it’s not the first time it’s occurred to me. Low budget (no funds to solicit), no technology required (even the shoe bomber could have done it… well, maybe the panty bomber), low risk. Any idea how many unpopulated wildland / forested square miles in the US? I don’t know either, but it’s a lot.

It’s something we need to consider. There were some fires that got started last year that I was really dubious about. The potential is there, and and it is indeed an area where we are even more vulnerable than Israel because of our extensive forests and wild lands. I can’t speak for all forests but I can speak for the area up in the sierras where I and a friend hold some mining claims. It’s remote, it’s heavily forested with steep slopes to the watercourses. We have to be extraordinarily careful with fire and equipment operation down there. That’s what it’s like in much of our forests, remote… and vulnerable.

I’m not in any way suggesting keeping good people out of our forests. In fact, I’d invite as many good woodsmen as we could find to spend as much time as they could doing what they love. Up in the mountains it’s amazing how much a trained set of eyeballs can see.

Let’s Take The Language Back.

For far too long the left has managed to control the language of the political debate… not that there’s been much debate with this Congress. The left are masters of the non-specific. It’s usually a word, or a turn of phrase, that serves to divert conversation and debate away from an objective not their own.

Assigning predominantly Republican cities and states the color red, as opposed to the blue designating the DeMarxist cities and states, was a stunt fostered by the lapdog lame stream media back in the Clinton years. The vast irony, of course, being that red is the traditional color of international communism. But it is a prime example how, by just a slight nudge here and there, the entire discourse and people’s perception can be altered.

We’ve been calling it ‘political correctness’. It’s a methodology all its own and it just shouts at you from all directions, especially at this time of year. We hear stories of municipalities taking down Christmas trees to salve some sick, secular need to divest society of every trace of Christendom, which of course it is. Annual Christmas parties have become ‘holiday parties’. Anything with the taint of Judeo-Christian values must be expunged… anything secularist is to be extolled.

Our children are being indoctrinated in government indoctrination centers. They’re not being taught to think… they are being inculcated with a sort of faceless, brainless group think. Changing the language is taking a gay activist and admitted pedophile and canonizing him at the state level by declaring a special day for him. Harvey Milk was certainly no hero to parents out here, and his ‘day’ is only another way for deviants to get closer to our children.

See what I mean? Change the language and you change the perception of society. At the risk of repeating myself… we have to re-capture the language. We set the agenda and we control it. We need to call the left and their (still) slavishly devoted lame stream media types on every single PC-laced lie. We need to slice and dice.

Forget what they say about you, or me, or anyone else. All that counts now is that we enact the fundamental return to the Constitutional Republic we were founded to be.

We’re Right Back In The Trenches.

Pelosi and Reid are right in character and wasting no time in driving last gasp attempts to forward their statist agenda before the New Conservatives take over. Harry Reid made lots of friends by launching four ‘Amnesty Act’ bills at the same time… good ol’ Harry. I guess Harry figured if he threw enough bull bleep, some of it would stick.

Nancy Pelosi is mourning the loss of her pet committee chairmanships, all the while bemoaning the Republican intractability and insensitivity to the needs of the “people”. Ever the people, with the DeMarxists. It’s their #1 modus operandi… along with, “for the children”. Not nearly as catchy as they used to be, these shopworn terms of the Marxist elites. The proletariat isn’t listening to them… we just revolted, remember?

By the way, Nancy, while you’re moaning about Republicans not being willing to compromise… Does anyone remember Nancy of the most ethical Congress in history having conference room door locks changed, to keep Republicans out of the DeMarxists’ nefarious scheming for Obamacare? Tough luck Nancy. We went from having no attention span out here to news and information micro-management and a very long memory.

It’s not Nancy’s brave new world. Not Obama’s either. He’s as determined as ever, but the reality is that the Republicans will be controlling the purse strings from now on, unless or until they prove themselves again unworthy.

The president just ‘can’t get traction’, bemoan the most ardent of his remaining fans. No more popular support from the masses, no more adulation from bought-and-paid-for rock concert crowds. Nothing but failure and condemnation.

The left has been purged of the only moderating influences in that benighted party. You’ll remember them, the ‘blue dogs’? Their leaving means only the most ideologically pure Marxists will remain. This brings the whole thing down to a fundamental battle between us… you and I… the American Patriot who has stood firm through the centuries and who stand firm now… and the forces espousing an evil, dictatorial, government monster machine having neither mind, heart and, most especially, having no soul.

The enemy is the is the party of the left and it must be expunged from American politics. Purely and simply, it has no place in a free America populated by free citizens.

Whistleblower? More Like An Executioner!

It appears that the WikiLeaks founder, Julian Assange, is somewhere in Britain. To be more precise, latest reports indicate that he is waiting to be arrested, in a house somewhere in south east England. Given the response rate of British police, he may be waiting for some time.

The media is buzzing, looking at the various possibilities for prosecution under a host of different violations. Privacy laws, endangerment and treason have all been mentioned. More than one influential figure has called for him to be ‘taken out’.

Much of the ‘revelations’ were nothing new to some of us. Personal remarks from politicians about foreign counterparts… well, unless you take those smiley, handshakey press photos at face value, it’s not hard to imagine. Darned embarrassing the next time they meet though.

Some of the more ‘sensitive’ items are not ‘hot press’ items either. Saudi Arabia possibly supporting a strike on Iran? Although not widely covered in the lame stream, this was revealed months ago when the Saudi authorities guaranteed a safe path through their airspace for the IAF. In fact, it was covered in this column.

The most dangerous aspect of these publications is the level of detail, giving dates, names and places. To name the sources of military information in, say, Iraq or Afghanistan, is to paint a target on that person’s back. Forget laws and regulations. Common sense and respect for human life should be enough to prohibit someone from revealing life-threatening details.

Which brings us to the question of why WikiLeaks, whoever they are, are so determined to make such volatile information readily available. A spokesman for the organization in London, Kristinn Hrafnsson, denied any wrongdoing. They have also indicated their intention to release confidential information regarding large corporations.

I still hold the view that Assange is nothing more than a front-man for a far larger, more sinister network. The President is strangely quiet on the subject. The reason for his silence is a matter for conjecture that I will not enter into. What is certain though, is that he should be instructing intelligence agencies to track down all individuals and groups associated with WikiLeaks.

With all the talk of net neutrality and the fairness doctrine, both pet subjects for the Democrats with their predilection for control of all things media, they seem to overlook the real threats that exist. This is not just some bored teenage hacker, infiltrating some secure sites from his mom’s basement. It is an organized group whose aim is the destabilization of the western world.

This sort of tactic immediately throws a few names into the ring. If this is the case, could that also explain the silence of Barack Obama?

Victory Was Only The First Battle.

While it might be tempting to stand back a little and bask in the warmth of the real victory we experienced four weeks ago, it’s just another day as far as the enemies of America are concerned.

Has anybody paid any attention to the latest crop of RINOs to emerge? How many Republicans are going to peel off and vote against the prohibition of earmarks? The sooner we know the better.

Mark Levin said that we shouldn’t waste any time primarying these as they come up for election. I agree. Let’s purge the party of those who, given the slightest chance, break invariably to the left. They’ll only let us down in tight spots. Another thing that Mark said yesterday, which rings loud and true, is that this is no time to allow the DeMarxists to change the language surrounding our issues.

This is no time for timidity on the part of our leaders. We expected warriors, not milquetoast accommodationists. We, the people of the United States, put you there. We gave you the hammer… now use it.

John Boehner and Eric Cantor have just put themselves in my spotlight. They’re actually agreeing to talk to Obama about taxing the rich. What the…?! Sorry, guys, but that just won’t hack it. There will be no compromise on tax increases, or you may as well turn in your restroom keys now. You don’t make deals with a serpent, and Obama is a snake, pure and simple.

We told you from the beginning that the price of patriot support was aggressive conservatism based on our strong values. We didn’t send you there to split hairs or principles with the DeMarxists. We sent you there for one reason and one reason only… to defeat them. To defeat them utterly, and remove the taint of Marx, Lenin and Engels from the American body politic.

The other price which we exact is scrutiny. This may be a good object lesson for the incoming class. Don’t for a second think we’re not watching you. We are, and we will be.
