‘Tis The Season.

Jim DeMint rightly sounded off, calling out Congressional Democrats for leaving Washington without addressing the Bush tax cut extensions, despite the fact that more than thirty Democrats also voted to remain and take up the issue.

Jim DeMint

It should be noted that at least some of these good folks are probably in real hot water in their districts and are desperate to be seen as fighting for the middle class, whom most of them despise.

For all their care in infiltrating and disguising their intent the Marxists simply couldn’t restrain themselves and the wave of ‘progressive’ policy, starting with the Democrat majority of 2006 and culminating with George Bush, caving in to the hysterical drumbeat of the DeMarxists with the election of Barack Obama imminent, and ‘turning aside’ from his conservative principles acquiescing to the TARP bailouts, paved the way for the firestorm of radical leftist assaults on the economy, American citizens and our way of life.

We should thank them in a way, the left, I mean. Probably nothing else would have made them show themselves for who they really are. They were so overconfident and so determined to force their agenda down our throats, that it was like they had wax earplugs and blinders on.

The left has always been arrogant. It comes from the academic intellectual cloister where communism breeds. Such self-proclaimed superiority leads to arrogance.

Example: John ‘Gunboats’ Kerry sniveling that voters, “don’t always pay attention”, and that we fall for slogans. Yeah, Kerry. You wish we didn’t pay attention. Don’t worry, John, if we run out of slogans we’ll borrow some from Democrats… you all have plenty, and they’re nice and light too. Because they’re as empty as a beer can at a home football party.

It’s really important that these people have no opportunity to rule this country any longer.
You need to start talking to everyone you know. Carry the message of freedom.

The Insipid Mr Obama.

What has happened to Barack Hussein Obama will go down as the most spectacular rise and fall in US political history. Barack Obama hasn’t a clue what goes on in the minds and hearts of Americans. I saw a clip of Ann Coulter, where she states that Obama is not a Muslim… he’s an atheist. Ann, I’m not so sure.

I don’t believe he’s a Christian either. Twenty years in the front row of a Black Liberation Theology church, run by a crackpot American-hating anti-semite, with strong ties to The Nation of Islam and through them the Muslim Brotherhood, is not exactly mainstream Christianity.

Let’s see… if Obama only attended about half the year, that’s say, 26 weeks for 20 years. That’s 520 hours he sat there and listened to a race-baiter vent hatred against whites, Jews and the United States of America. People just don’t hang around places like that unless there’s something there for them. Obama was there because he wanted to be there.

Trinity United Church of Christ espouses a radical theology which gives God and Christ short shrift, while teaching Marx rather than Mary and the story of Christ. Obama was a Muslim for the most formative years of his life in Indonesia. Barack Obama’s mother was a Marxist also, an atheist and had a penchant for marrying Muslim men.

Since she was an anthropologist, working in the field much of the time, Barack and his sister would be left frequently with their grandparents in Hawaii, where Barack’s grandfather introduced him to avowed communist Frank Marshall Davis. Barack was to be taught by this man until he left Hawaii for Occidental College in California.

With this background in mind, it’s not at all surprising that Obama views America through a foreigner’s eyes. He neither sees nor hears the pulse of America. He never bonded with a father… barely bonded with his mother. All of his known associations in college and subsequently in Chicago politics were radicals or ‘progressives’, which I guess is the new “I don’t mean what you think I mean” slogan. They don’t like ‘communist’ or ‘Marxist’ because they can’t sell any votes that way. So they always make things sound like something they’re not.

Barack Obama has no allegiance to this country. Barack Obama despises this country, and is actively working to destroy it to somehow raise his ideal society out of the ashes. That much is pretty apparent from the way he and the clown college have been depth-charging our economy.

The nation is going to be well rid of Mr Obama… but first we have to pull his fangs and make sure they stay pulled. That’s why this upcoming November 2 will be the most important day of your life. RegisterVote!

The Incredible Vanishing Congress.

Congress might have been able to clear Washington faster in the face of something like the bubonic plague, but not by much. Washington is political poison for Democrats. They chose to leave town without addressing the extension of the Bush tax cuts. Not that their reception will be that much better out in their districts.

People, many people who have never before participated in the political process, are energized… not in the sense of Obama’s vacant-eyed, vacuous-expressioned, mind-numbed robots, parroting glitzy slogans without meaning to other mind-numbed robots.

These people are not just energized. They have seen the threat to this country and have taken up the challenge. They have become more politically aware and have joined other constitutional patriots in what has become the most powerful political influence in the nation. This is not a third party. These are individual citizens deciding that we’ve had enough and we’re not going to take it any more.

The DeMarxists, and some eight or nine Republicans, are not going to be pleased with the reception awaiting them in their districts. What is incredible to me is that these politicians (Congress), who were hired for but one reason, to do the will of the people under the Constitution of the United States of America, have been able to wall off the voices of American citizens while pursuing policies of personal aggrandizement and enrichment, at the expense of the American citizen. And we let them get away with it.

You see, I’m one of those people who believe that we’ve just plain gone to sleep at the switch. We did it over and over again, time after time, lulled to sleep by the siren song of leftist agitprop and the promise of impossible dreams and empty promises.

This upcoming election is going to present us with clearly defined choices. We can vote for freedom and a return to a Constitutional Republic. Or we can vote to destroy the greatest beacon of freedom the world has ever seen forever. Because if we were to lose, that beacon just might be extinguished permanently. It’s an easy choice.

The Clown College Meets Scaramouche.

It came off like the Keystone Kops meet the Three Stooges. It was supposed to be funny… I think? It wasn’t. It was ugly, demeaning, and a very poor attempt to draw attention to issues… having a white comedian championing illegal (my word) alien field workers, and illegals in this country generally.

Zoe Lofgren

Whose idea was it to bring Mr Stephen Colbert in front of the House Judiciary Committee’s sub-committee on Immigration, Citizenship, Refugees, Border Security and International Law, anyway? What can somebody who went out to do one day of labor, sponsored by immigrant groups as a political stunt, add to discourse on the subject?

I wonder why they didn’t call on one or more of the tens of thousands of students who work the fields during summer break all over the nation. I worked the fields in the summer in the San Joaquin valley. Hey McCain!… it ain’t Yuma, but it’s damned close… 110-120 in the sun, with little or no air movement. But, it was a job; I was a student and I needed the money.

I purposely avoided writing about this for a couple of days because the whole charade made me so darned angry I was afraid I’d write something I’d regret. Not that it would get past Dee’s hawk-like scrutiny. Dee is the greatest editor you could possibly ask for… sometimes I think she’s channeling Attila the Hun though. But I digress.

Zoe Lofgren (D-CA16) is the sub-committee chairwoman, which should tell just about every conservative exactly where Colbert and Lofgren are coming from on the illegal immigration issue.

I’ve saved the sub-committee for last. You don’t belong in office… you’ve demeaned the process you are sworn to uphold. We’ve known that you’re a bunch of clowns for a very long time. I’m glad you’ve finally admitted it in public.

A Remarkable Story.

From a journalistic standpoint, the meteoric rise and even more startling fall  of the giant Democratic socio-Marxist monster combined with the massive uprising of the American people, is being on the front row giving witness to truly historic events. From a political standpoint, it’s the continual efforts in favor of the goal of winning our country back. The greater the estimates I hear regarding the creaming the Democrats are destined to take, the more vigilant and suspicious I become.

The DeMarxists are masters of the underhanded and will seldom allow the legality, and most specifically the morality, of issues to deter them. Yet most of the time when confronted they will back down. It’s just like when you get into it with one of them (the left). They will not argue the substance of any issue, but will instead attempt to redirect the question so as to be able to demagogue it. Failing that, they’ll go into the usual canned clichés and if they still can’t get through to you, they’ll burn the barn and use terms like ‘birther’ or ‘homophobe’, and of course there is always the ultimate smear du jour, ‘racist’.

We can expect to see every sleazy trick in the book. In fact, we are already seeing the desperate personal attacks being mounted against conservative candidates in New York and the assault on Senator John Boehner, both prime examples of DeMarxist skullduggery.

It’s not going to work. Or at least, it’s not going to affect enough people to alter the political blitzkrieg that’s a bare 43 days away and counting.

Barack Hussein Obama is as lame a duck as any president in living memory. He is so far outside the frame of American thinking as to have created an alien environment in the White House. He and his entire Marxist government do not have the faintest idea what makes this country run, and even less about what it was, and is, that makes this the greatest country in the world and in the history of the world.

I’ve organized my extended family clan into a conservative voting spear to thrust into the belly of the liberal beast here in the Bay Area… some of these folks have never voted before. That’s something you can do too. Start with family and friends. There’s not a whole lot of time left.
Get excited! Get involved!

Grasping At Fictional Straws.

Why should anything be different during election time than during the normal day-to-day machinations of government? Well, my reply to that question would be that the re-election hopefuls would try to show themselves in the best possible light.

Polish the halo a little, carefully apply some make-up to cover the unsightly blemishes and, although perhaps difficult and not true to character, at least appear genuine and sound honest.

Promises and track-record are the two criteria that enable the average member of the electorate, the majority of whom, unfortunately, are pretty clueless when it comes to politics. Their main source of information is the traditional media, nearly all of which is biased to the left. While the internet has made huge inroads in educating and/or informing the public on political affairs, most are more content to spend their free time on Facebook or checking out the latest showbiz gossip than reading political analysis sites.

Even internet news sites are biased in favor of the left, in some respects. This has come about from the fact that the most popular sites are extensions of existing traditional media, whether newspaper or television. Here is a list of the ‘Top Twenty’ that I found, although it did not contain a publication date:

1 CNN.com
2 CBS
3 ABC
4 Google News
5 Reuters
6 Yahoo News
7 BBC News Online
8 World News
9 MSNBC
10 FOXnews
11 USATODAY.com
12 CBC News Online
13 Time.com
14 The Associated Press
15 Guardian Unlimited
16 NewsLink
17 The New York Times
18 EmergencyNet News
19 Consortium News
20 News.com.au

I think you can see the general trend.

It is this overwhelming deluge of mostly biased information that is responsible for most of the major mistakes in recent years. Goebbels would have been impressed by the way the constant hammering home of promises and fabrications on the human senses has created a society where those that see through the falsehoods are ostracized and deemed ‘crazy’.

Tell the people a lie often enough and they will believe it. Man-made global warming, a better health care system, hope and change…. I don’t need to go in to the details, just cast your mind back to the frenzy of the 2008 presidential election, or the daily dose of doom from the climate-change soothsayers.

The American people have seen through their lies. A part of American exceptionalism is the ability to question and analyze the known facts, to filter out the rhetoric and lies. What remains is either something of no substance, or an agenda so repulsive that not even its designers would dare reveal to the public. If the electorate vote for the faux sheep’s clothes, the inner wolf gets a free pass.

This brings us to the current mid-term elections. The present Congress now has a track-record for the electorate to view. It is no longer about promises but cold, hard facts. The facts are that they, and the president, have failed in all respects. Not only have they failed the American people, the majority of whom are generally center-right, but failed the hard-line leftists in their own party. If a government with a Democrat president and large Democrat majorities in both the House and Senate can not get their radical legislation through, the game is up and they might as well take an early shower.

With a history they’d rather forget and a president that is now causing embarrassment to his own party, the Democrats are left with only one option. They can not campaign on success stories or policies, so the demonization of the opposition is the final line of defense.

The labeling of Mr and Mrs Average American as extremist is the biggest mistake they have made to date. If it was not so pathetic and downright offensive, it would be funny. The thought of Grandma, law-abiding and hard-working all her life, initiating a terrorist attack on the Capitol.

The announcement that they are launching a dirt-digging exercise on Republicans, including John Boehner, proves conclusively that they have no respect for anything or anyone, except of course for themselves, their failed ideological policies and their status.
Make the most of that status, you won’t have it for much longer!

Jim DeMint in 2012?

As far as I’m concerned, 2012 is much too far away for prognostication, for all the noise about Sarah Palin’s visit to Iowa. Jim certainly hasn’t outwardly indicated that he intends a run, by word or deed. Still, it’s a fascinating scenario to imagine.

Jim DeMint is a solid Conservative guy with down-to-earth values, and a willingness to stand tall despite the odds. He has scorched the hides of some of the Republican establishment by his very public and effective support for Tea Party Patriot candidates.

He’s probably catching hell in the cloak room from some of the effete of the party for soiling himself with the grass roots, who the party and politically-entitled look on as a rude impediment to maintaining business-as-usual, so that the party anointed may rule from afar, never having to actually soil their hands with the work of the people.

All the while, they are proclaiming to all and sundry how much they’ve sacrificed and how hard they’ve worked for the people. These Republican ‘elites’ really behave as though the world rotates around them. They also feel threatened by the strength and popularity of the Patriot movement. They also understand that the Tea Party and the Patriots could be their ticket to political irrelevance.

With the political landscape of the party changing in front of them, perhaps for ever, they have reason to be worried. I don’t know if Jim DeMint is planning to run in 2012 or not. Right now, like the rest of us, he’s thrown all his resources into helping us defeat the Marxists in November.
I do know that we could do far worse than a Jim DeMint.

Hoo-Rah, General James Amos USMC, Semper Fidelis, Sir!

General James Amos, USMC, has given the spirits of his men a great boost by sounding off on the ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ issue. Amos is next in line to be chosen as Commandant of the Marine Corps, on the upcoming retirement of now Commandant General James Conway.

General James Amos.

General Amos is a Marine aviator, a jet pilot by trade… not a hard-nosed infantry officer like General Conway. Did Obama think that Amos would be a soft touch? Amos and Conway have both been keenly aware of what the men in the Corps were saying… and thinking.

Amos spoke for the Corps as a whole when he said that unit morale would suffer. He said that the ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ policy had suited the unique requirements of the Marine Corps.

I wrote in an article, a month or so ago, that the Marine Corps is a very special place. Morale is high and unit cohesion is as well. I count myself to have been honored and blessed to have been a United States Marine. Coming from an infantry background myself, I know how Marines react to such things. I know, for instance, that no one wants to be in the shower with some gay making calves eyes at them. The complicated relationship issues that gays are prone to are disruptive as well.

I wouldn’t want to be in a fighting hole with someone I knew to be openly gay. I’d be uncomfortable, wondering whether he’d be concerned with the enemy to our front, or my front. The repeal of ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ is a harpoon aimed at the heart of the military.

In my opinion, having gays serving openly in the military would be damaging to good order and discipline. Ultimately, I believe that it would bring an end to our military as we know it.

Power To The People.

It seems that I heard this so much during the 60s that it became like white noise… the rise of the counter-revolutionary left, backed and controlled by well-funded, disciplined communist party members.

This was not so much the American people seeking power, as it was a variegated group of disparate splinter leftists and anarchists, orchestrated by people whose goal is the destruction of the United States of America. Sound familiar? Well, it should. Those same 60s radicals and anarchists, for the most part, ended up in academia… the only place where Marxist / Leninist theorems work.

The truth of that is the estimated 100 million souls that have been killed by communism worldwide. The entire mechanism for the takeover of the US government was in place shortly after Vietnam. The same leftist academics that were shouting communist slogans during the war are now teaching them in our colleges and universities.

The so-called lame stream press is a classic example of the applied teaching of our leftist schools. It’s spooky how quickly the tame lap dog press of the left picks up the DNC line, every talking head and wind-up doll from coast to coast all bleating the same message at the same time.

There’s an uprising out there. No, it’s nothing like the fabulous sixties. It’s ordinary people standing up and doing extraordinary things. As this movement, this push back against the socialists who would take our freedoms, has grown and matured it has evolved into the most potent political entity in the nation. The people are calling upon their American heritage and have drawn a line in the sand.
There’s a yellow flag at that line in the sand… It says ‘Don’t Tread On Me’.

The Smell Of Freedom Is In The Air.

Hey, folks! Don’t get big heads over this, but the responses the Tea Party groups and Patriot organizations have been getting from you has them growing by leaps and bounds. The results we’ve been having, getting the Conservative message out in our own blocks, streets, cities and towns, has been nothing less than spectacular.

People who have never before in their lives been politically active are joining in some numbers. Disaffected, burnt out or just plain disgusted Democrats are coming into our movement in increasing numbers. The all important independents are here in strength… these folks are tending toward strong Conservatism. And finally, the Conservatives themselves, the ones who were so disgusted that they just picked up their marbles and went home and stayed home clear through the 2008 presidential race, virtually ensuring an Obama victory, are back.

As ugly and painful as these two years have been, there’s no way the country would have rebelled against John McCain as they have against Barack Hussein Obama’s Marxist power grab. Oh, there would have been plenty of dissent to McCain, but nothing even approaching the tidal wave of voter retribution that has been heating to a slow boil since 2008.

Americans are such a rare breed. The left and other fringe nut cakes really don’t understand what a great and special place this is, this America. It exists nowhere else on Earth and nothing like it has ever been seen before.

The Conservative rebellion is here. I’m proud of my fellow Americans. For a very long time, I would go about my business mumbling, “How long are we going to take this crap?” and “When are we going to stand up and fight?” Well, we’re not taking it any more, and the time is now.
The smell of freedom is here and it’s really exciting.

Serious Showdown.

It’s the burgeoning confrontation between the Republican Party machinery status quo and a newly-awakened wave of patriotism and political awareness which was not present two years ago.

This is one of the many things the Marxists don’t get about the Conservative movement, because they reference everything as an ideologically-driven environment. What the left has tried to do here in this country has united and ignited the right as nothing else could, melding the various factions of the right into a Conservative Patriot Movement, which encompasses the Tea Party groups, the Tea Party Express, Patriotic Resistance and others.

In the beginning, say, two years ago, we only represented a minor pain to the establishment. We were a phenomenon, some place for hoi polloi to vent their spleen and, in the confusion, it would be easy to reassert their old policies.

It became apparent that the Patriot Movement was not the momentary fad they had assured themselves it would be. Instead, it began to grow… and grow… and grow. It’s growing as we speak. The Tea Parties and the constitutional patriots are popular for a reason.

The movement is the voice of the American citizen… black, white, Asian… it doesn’t matter, because we’re all on board for one reason, and that’s to protect and defend the Constitution from enemies foreign and domestic. The good Lord above knows we have plenty of both varieties.

I think it would be an excellent idea for the incoming Republican majority to revisit the treason and sedition laws and put some real teeth in our national security. Some of these sleazy, pompous blowhards may think twice before they shoot their big mouths off, compromising national security secrets and giving aid and comfort to the enemy in time of war.

The Republican establishment is in danger of becoming an also-ran. There are some similarities between establishment Republicans and the liberals of the left. They’re both afraid of the Patriot Movement for different reasons. The left, because they know they have been totally stripped of cover and are facing what can be best described as political disaster. The Republicans, maybe facing an equally grim end if they don’t come around and support the Tea Party candidates.

It may be the last hoorah for a number of the RINO moderates cloaking themselves in the banner of the party. Once again, we know who you are and we are going to purge the Party of you and replace you with strong Constitutional Conservatives.

Growing Momentum.

Barack Obama’s America doesn’t exist and never has. Seen through the eyes of Conservatives, it’s a bleak and desolate landscape. We should win in November. We should win really big in November.

What we have to be very careful of is over-confidence. Over-confidence has a way of creeping in, especially when all the political forecasts, even the left’s own, are indicating a huge sea-change. In the short-term we have to be prepared for the left’s usual election day hi-jinks.

Let us not forget the tens of thousands of false registrations generated by ACORN. By the way, ACORN is still lurking out there under various names, and there is evidence of a resurgent ACORN in some cities.

We watched Barney Frank literally steal an election. This should be a huge reality check… this sort of illegal behavior should be expected in any close race. The Democrats are going to be getting very desperate between now and the election, as are Obama and his administration. We have to be extra vigilant and move quickly to counter any DeMarxist cutesy tricks.

It’s time to consider what a Conservative government might look like. It was pointed out that, even after the new crop of Conservative Representatives and Senators, there will be plenty of work ahead. There’s just no room in the new Conservative Republican party for phony moderates – RINOs. To me, a moderate Republican is just a liberal without the guts to say so.

The coming Conservative revolution will be the shot heard around the world. The last thing our foreign enemies want to see is a strong, united Conservative government in the United States.

Once again, if you’re not registered, get that way. Talk to your friends and neighbors. If they’re not registered, help them get that way. See if there’s anyone in your area that would need a ride to their polling place. Encourage everyone you meet to vote!!
That’s how we’re going to win.

That Was The Week That Was #6.

In this series of weekly articles I usually cover a few of the week’s main story lines. This week, however, a large amount of time has been given in the media to the last of the primary elections… and the fallout that has followed. With only forty five days until the general election, it seems only right that I devote this page to this one topic.

Miller and Murkowski - Just when you think it's over....

It was announced yesterday that Lisa Murkowski, beaten in the Alaska Senatorial primary by Joe Miller, will run in November as a write-in candidate. The bitter irony of this act is that the Republican establishment, of which the Murkowski dynasty could be considered a part, has spent the better part of the week condemning the Tea Party for its support of Christine O’Donnell.

While old guard Republicans are saying that it’s better to get a Party member into the Senate, regardless of how far left they lean, than to risk loss by running a Conservative candidate, one of their own is taking the risk of splitting the Republican vote.

I have always held Karl Rove in high esteem, and I regard Charles Krauthammer as, possibly, my favorite op-ed columnist. I can see where they are coming from with their opinions on risking the loss of elections, but my instincts and, dare I say, morals, tell me that they are off base on this one.

Charles Krauthammer

In Krauthammer’s article of September 17, he used the analogy of a baseball batting average, with Mike Castle at .667 on the voting history of health care (no), the stimulus (no) and cap-and-trade (yes). He questioned whether it would be more agreeable to have a Democrat elected with an average of .000.

That’s being a little too selective, in my opinion. If you look at the broader picture, Castle is pro-choice, voted against the Iraq troop surge, voted for TARP and the Fannie Mae – Freddie Mac bailout, voted to increase taxes on oil companies, voted against controls on eminent domain abuse, voted for the cash-for-clunkers program…. the list goes on. He may show an overall Republican voting agreement figure of 80% plus, but that covers every single vote, down to whether the House restaurant menu should be updated. As for gun control… need I say it?

With this sort of batting average on serious issues, it appears that a moderate Democrat could be a preferential alternative to Mike Castle. What is the difference between a Democrat and a RINO voting against the wishes of Conservatives? Why he ever joined the GOP is a mystery to me. Perhaps the Democrats had filled their membership quota for the year?

I have said on many occasions that if I was to run for political office, I would rather lose heavily while voicing my true beliefs than to win by giving the electorate what they want to hear. It is this ideal of being true to oneself that drives the Tea Party. If they pulled the plug on a Conservative candidate, to give a RINO, and the GOP, a better chance of success, it would undermine the very principles that the movement is founded on.

America is not some reality show, where the producers decide to keep someone popular in the House (or Senate) to beat the ratings of the another network. This is the reality – the Republican Party must give the full support that is deserved by Tea Party candidates. Christine O’Donnell and Joe Miller won their respective primary elections fair and square.

Everyone, please, do the honorable thing and give them all the help you possibly can in the run-up to November. Time is running short, we need to pull together now to create an unstoppable force that will halt the tide of socialism. Stay true to your beliefs and have faith – the rest will come naturally.

I would like to congratulate Ron Johnson on his primary success in Wisconsin. Regular readers probably know that Ron was endorsed on the skipmaclure.us website. He has a difficult battle now with Russ Feingold, but I’m sure that if anyone can pull it off, Ron can. Please support him in any way you can.

I’ll finish with a quote from Jim DeMint: “I’ve been in the majority with Republicans who didn’t have principles and we embarrassed ourselves and lost credibility in front of the country. Frankly, I’m at a point where I’d rather lose fighting for the right cause then win fighting for the wrong cause”.

Patriot Pushback Sends Establishment And Moderates Reeling.

…. And it didn’t take more than a couple of shakes of a lamb’s tail either. For loosely organized, totally independent entities the Patriot groups are far faster and far more efficient than the US government under Obama, Reid, Pelosi and the Cirque Du Marximus.

Some would argue that it wouldn’t take all that much, and while I’m willing to grant some truth to that, I think all of us would acknowledge that our own party has a lot to do and not much time in which to do it, without taking any resources away from the drive towards November.

They’re talking about as many as 100 seats which could fall to Conservative candidates in the House of Representatives. Our Republican leadership has got to learn something it never did figure out when it had power before… how to lead. Instead, it forgot who and what we are supposed to be… and stand for.

These ‘moderate’ establishment types may be arrogant and devious, but even they recognize that the much joked about and maligned Tea Party Movement has become a political juggernaut. It was surprising that some of those guys didn’t suffer whiplash, with the speed that they changed direction on the Christine O’Donnell issue.

The Republicans are going get their chance to lead, but they will be the most scrutinized Congress in history. This is what they don’t get… after what we’re experiencing with the Marxist regime of Barack Hussein Obama, after more than liberal doses of our own Republicans’ perfidy, we’re not taking our eyes off of you people for a split second. We will be constantly vigilant and remain that way for as many election cycles as it takes to purge the Republican ranks of those who have sold out the Conservative movement.
Register and vote… register others and help them to vote… tell the story of freedom.

Establishment GOP Reverses – What’s With Karl Rove?

So, there must have been some beltway reality checks. Or the instantaneous nature of internet communication made the country’s mood glaringly important in helping them along with their ponderous decision rendering process. i.e. The RNC, the NRSC, and every Republican leader they could reach got goosed in the butt by a lot of very angry people. In any case, the Conservative Patriots went nuts when they heard that Christine O’Donnell wasn’t just being ignored by the self-appointed elites, she was being actively opposed and attacked by some of the establishment types.

Karl Rove and Christine O'Donnell

Ok, so we have our own party actively working to ensure that the elected candidate, the choice of the people, doesn’t win in November. What?!! They have the unmitigated temerity to foist off their venomous pronouncements as the will of the party membership.

Speaking of venom… hey Karl, what the heck did Christine ever do to you? Karl Rove went off on an establishment rant against Christine O’Donnell that had many wondering if he’d slipped a cranial gasket and was ready for the gingko biloba crowd. I’m still wondering what that was all about.

Let’s examine what’s happening. The ‘establishment’ has brought the party, and by extension us as Americans, along the disastrous path the party took under George Bush. They have the gall to pronounce to us? We hold the biggest winning formula the Republicans have had since Ronaldus Maximus.

We, as the Patriot Movement, have welded together a vast cross section of people who have but one identity, that of American. And only one goal, that of restoring the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America. One thing is for sure, the Republican establishment has put itself directly in the line of fire of a whole bunch of Tea Party types with no reason to hold hands and sing kumbaya.

The Conservative Patriot movement is changing the face of American politics. It is the tsunami which is sweeping all before it. Get used to it. We’re here and we’re not going away.

Tea Party Smackdown, Oh Yeah!

Permit me a brief smirk, folks. I really did see this coming… of course, a little prayer never hurts either. The Delaware Republican primary was about as much of an upset as you could ever want. The Patriot Movement flexed its muscles again and propelled Christine O’Donnell to victory over veteran politico Mike Castle. O’Donnell took an early lead and never looked back.

Since we were just talking about ‘the establishment’ yesterday, watching the contortions of the Delaware State Republican Party and the RNC in the aftermath of the O’Donnell victory was both instructive and entertaining. The party elites stayed in character, and one low-level apparatchik bleated that the national party would “send no money to O’Donnell”. This is unfortunate… it just tells us in the Patriot Movement that the Republican Party machinery is still stuck back somewhere in the inglorious past.

In the face of all the evidence in front of them that the Patriot Movement is indeed speaking with the voice of the American people, the Republican elites continue to look down their noses and make disparaging noises. The fact is that that Conservative American Patriots cleaned your clocks. Yeah… the Tea Party… those ignorant rubes you’ve been snickering about at your effete little watering holes in the beltway.

Christine O’Donnell had scarcely been declared as the winner when the establishment knives were out saying that she couldn’t possibly win a national contest. My syndicates won’t let me print the expletives running through my head right now. I think that Christine O’Donnell can win that contest in November. Not only that, but I think she stands a damned good chance at it.

The Conservative message is beginning to resonate with some disillusioned Democrats too. Want another example of the absolute disconnect between the Republican elites and the people who make up the Republican electorate? I just got word, at the time of writing this, that the NRSC (the National Republican Senatorial Committee) has stated they won’t support the choice of the people!
Need I say more?

Delaware Republicans Back Liberal.

It’s not often that a writer gets a gift handed to him, but I got one today. My article yesterday focused on the necessity for the RNC and the so-called establishment Republicans to find common ground, and recognize that we (the Patriot movements) are not going to allow the Rockefeller establishment Republicans another shot at screwing up again.

Christine O'Donnell and Mike Castle

I was pointing out that party bosses in various states, who have an altogether inflated opinion of their own importance, can cram any candidate down our throats whether we like it or not.

We’ve seen it in Arizona, Nevada and Alaska… Tea Party/Patriot candidates have been kicking butt all over the place. It’s not surprising that the establishment types panicked and started undermining the work of the Patriots wherever they could, and that they were no more successful at it than the DeMarxists have been is not surprising.

The Republican Party of Delaware has endorsed a huge RINO, nine-term Representative Mike Castle, over the Conservative Patriot challenger Christine O’Donnell. In a shocking turn around she has come from near obscurity to within two points of Castle.

That’s where the rub is. Would somebody please tell me why the RNC and their various committees keep coming up with candidates nobody wants to vote for? Time after time. Then, when a totally spontaneous grass roots movement gets candidates elected all over the country, they go out of their way to suborn the efforts and the true will of the party as expressed by its grassroots members.

What this also means is that the party hierarchy isn’t listening to the country either. Well, it’s like this… you guys weren’t getting the job done and, in fact, many of you were prepared to lie down with the DeMarxists as long as they made nice with you.

It’s going to be a very tough year on incumbents… yes, indeed it is. You see, we know how you voted… we counted the votes… we counted who voted on what.

It’s going to be a very tough year for anyone who voted in favor of health care, or the stimulus, or the banking regulation bill or cap and trade… the whole gamut of Obama’s Marxist menagerie. Yes, we know how you voted… and we are going to vote you out of office.

The Unification Factor.

The ruling junta braces itself for the firestorm of American voter disgust that’s manifesting itself into a political tsunami which could sweep all before it. It’s no secret that the not-so-thinly disguised Marxists that make up the bulk of Barack Hussein Obama’s administration may be planning exit strategies soon… as some already have. Likewise, the most radically left-leaning Democratic Congress in our country’s history is scurrying to find cover that no longer exists.

When I saw, back in the beginning, who Barack Hussein Obama was and that he had all the attributes of a dictator-in-waiting, I wondered how much it would take and how long it would be before the American people woke up and rebelled… at least I was praying they would. I was answered in spades. The American public began to act within months of Obama taking the oath and the Patriot Movement literally exploded across the landscape. Numbering in the millions, it has become a potent political force to be reckoned with by both Democrats and Republicans.

I had always known this to be a center-right country with a strongly conservative base. My faith in anything Republican was shot through and through after the election. I had been none too happy with the eight years of Republican mismanagement under Bush. After watching the Republican insiders work to see ‘moderate’ John McCain go down in flames, most of the Republicans and Conservatives woke up to the fact that the RNC, in all of its manifestations, just wasn’t on the same track as the rest of the country, who had begun to figure out the Barack Obama thing and were beginning to think.

The DeMarxist Congress, under the leadership of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, literally stole the people’s will by buying votes in the most blatant and disgusting shows of political blind man’s buff ever seen. This time though, the people were aware and waiting… and watching… and learning.

The political phenomenon known variously as the Tea Party or the Tea Party Patriots, or sometimes just as the Patriot Movement which seems to be a blanket term, are largely, at least in my view, a creation of the left. We’re that shot in the head the lefties got when they pulled their Marxist-Leninist crap in Congress, starting with the stimulus. The left birthed the instrument of their destruction.

A true grass roots movement, the Patriots are as unhappy with the Republican establishment as with the DeMarxists (for newer readers, DeMarxist is a term I coined for the 60s radicals forming the majority of the Democratic side of the House and the Senate).

Today, the greatest need is to win the election. Everything else can wait. Win in November… right now, that’s all that matters. There are some really bright lights amongst the young Republicans in Congress, with many more Conservatives coming soon. The Republican establishment has to find some way to reconcile itself to the massive and growing Patriot Movement or risk destruction.

The people are speaking through the movements. It’s just that many establishment types forget just who the heck it is they work for. For the establishment to regain any sense of credibility, it will require somewhat of a reformation in thinking and in hard-hitting Conservative politics. That’s what we are telling them we want them to do.

The Most Important 600 Feet On Earth.

There has been much written by people of all political stripes about the proposed Cordoba project. One thing is becoming apparent. The people who make up the Cordoba Project are sticking a finger in our eye and daring us to do something about it.

We have got to stop thinking of these people through the lens of our experience. We have to understand that this is an out-and-out challenge, and that this challenge was no more accidental than the attack of 9-11.

This Imam Rauf is a slick carnival con-man, with a penchant for organizing sub rosa anti-American Islamic foundations and has multiple ties to the Muslim Brotherhood that go clear back to his father. I’m really disgusted by people who would say that having a mosque, only two very short blocks from the very epicenter of ground zero, somehow bridges the gulf between a free Republic and the seventh century socio-political-military treatise called the Koran, in which self-proclaimed prophet Mohammed managed to weld together the wild tribes of the region into a conquering army with the fiery zeal of the true fanatic.

Ferocity and fanaticism turned out to be two of the attributes that the Arabs had in abundance from hundreds of years of inter-tribal warfare. Couple that to a ‘religion’ that mandated killing or conversion to a rigid ideology of conquest. No society has ever lived in harmony with ‘the religion of peace’. Only those who have had the strength to resist by strength of military arms have survived, and only then with constant vigilance.

We as a society have to come to the realization that without fundamental change Islam will not peacefully exist within the United States. It will seek to weaken and divide the country as it grows in strength like a cancer. It’s exactly what’s occurring in Europe right now.

I really hope somebody figures out a way to move that mosque. As I see it, it’s going to be nothing but a bloody mess. Nothing gets built in New York without the cooperation of the unions… all of them… the trades and the unions have pretty much agreed that no work will be done on that mosque site, and if you understand eastern union politics at all, you’ll understand what I mean when I say that I wouldn’t want to be a scab or a foreign construction company trying to set foot on that ground… it wouldn’t be pretty.

We have to observe Islam within our country very closely. Islam has sworn to our destruction. Is there a single reason for us not to be a little suspicious of the Muslims among us? I worked with an old Texas cowboy on a mining operation once, who used to say “Boy, if there’s a snake in the high grass around camp you’d better know where it is.”

Does this mean that all the Muslims in this country are raving fanatics?… No… But neither do I see all of these ‘peaceful’ Muslim congregations across the country raising their voices in patriotic American support for the sanctity of ground zero.

Those six hundred feet comprise two of the shortest blocks in New York. 45 Park Place is in more than just the event horizon at ground zero… it was in ground zero. One of the landing gear assemblies from the second plane was propelled through the roof to come to rest in the basement. There were body parts on the roofs of the buildings surrounding the towers.

Yes, it is ground zero. Yes, it is worth stopping that mosque at all costs. The eyes of the world are watching to see if we have what it takes to face the Islamo-fascist threat.

The Un-American Mr Obama.

There has never been an American President less in touch with the people of the United States of America. As the day of the mid-term election draws ever closer, Democrats are bracing for the worst. The economy and jobs are the anchor around the neck of Barack Hussein Obama.

But that’s not all there is to the story. I heard Rush refer to Obama as ‘the man-child’, and in truth he does seem to have a childlike air about him that becomes more apparent as the utter mismanagement of his government is being revealed on a daily basis. His erstwhile supporters (other than the extreme left of the left) are bailing as fast as they can find someplace to bail to, which appears to be any place Obama isn’t.

On Thursday night we had a terrible fire up in the hills above San Bruno, California. I watched it from my living room window, the same window I wrote about watching fireworks from, just across the valley from me on the Fourth of July. The same neighborhood the explosion and fire took place in. My son was busy shooting video of the fire, some of which looks as good, or better, than a lot of the network stuff I’ve seen.

As I watched this whole sad drama unfold, I couldn’t help but equate that fire with Obama’s communist schemes for taking our Republic down and our freedoms with it. His scorched earth economics have backfired on him. I’m sure by now you must have seen pictures of the aftermath of the San Bruno fire. I’m no stranger to these things. I was involved in the intensive mitigation and remediation that went on after the Oakland fire, and I’ll be involved in this one too as soon as the Coroner’s people and the fire command releases the area to residents and restoration contractors.

The most striking pictures are the ones of the rows of chimneys amongst the char and foundations, because for fifty or more of these homes that’s all that’s left. Once again, I was struck by the thought that that’s exactly what our economy looks like… the aftermath of a firestorm. Fourteen million jobs lost, with true unemployment figures reaching eighteen percent.

With Obama actively working on destroying our energy sector, and its one million workers plus nationwide, it’s apparent to an overwhelming number of Americans that the anti-American Mr Obama definitely does not have our best interests at heart. Every time this loose cannon opens his mouth, he shows America just how little he understands the people he’s supposed to be serving.

I don’t want to call him a coward and a traitor, so I’ll just say that Obama doesn’t act like an American. He doesn’t get even the most basic premise of what Americans are about. He certainly hasn’t got a clue when it comes to American exceptionalism.

Obama was raised and educated in an anti-American Marxist ideology which he continues to espouse to this day. His ill-concealed predilection for anything Muslim is also very bothersome. This country is in a world-wide war with militant Islam, a war not of our choosing. The war will not end unless, or until, Islam is forced into a reformation or is utterly defeated.

November is our only chance to pull Barack Obama’s fangs. I can say without equivocation that the upcoming election is the most important of our lifetimes… perhaps in the history of our Republic.

Other thoughts that went through my mind as I watched those flames shooting a thousand feet into the air was that it was the eve of 9-11. I kept seeing those planes strike the twin towers in my mind’s eye. I’m infuriated every time I see pictures or video of that cowardly act. It wasn’t wayward Swedes or Italians who did this… it was Muslims.

While we’re planning Mr Obama’s early retirement we’d better plan on battling the foe amongst us, for that’s where this thing will eventually end up. All of the Islamist sleepers that have been pouring over our borders all these years are a butcher’s bill that is yet to be paid.

Make sure you are registered to vote and then go out and register family and friends, and encourage them to show up and vote! It’s the most important job you will ever have.

Obama, A Man For All Audiences.

With a Presidential Approval Index of -21, Democrat Congressmen running for the hills, or at least, somewhere that he can’t perform his grim reaper act on their re-election chances, and a pathetic, although quite amusing, attempt to appear more centrist, Obama is losing the little credibility that remained.

I used to get quite agitated by his speeches, to put it mildly. Shock, horror, disbelief, annoyance, downright anger… I experienced quite a range of emotions when he filled the gap between teleprompters to announce his ideological, and totally impractical, agenda.

Lately, his speeches have given me some light relief, in much the same way as a recording of ‘sporting bloopers’ or ‘newsreader gaffes’. His carefully choreographed performances only serve to highlight the inconsistencies, untruths and construed electioneering banter that falls upon the ears of his small assembled band of supporters, strategically placed close together in camera shot to give the appearance of a packed house.

Obama’s Labor Day speech in Wisconsin was a classic example. In open-necked shirt, with rolled-up sleeves (that should appeal to the working man, he thought), he proceeded to champion the cause of small business (time to move to the center, he thought) and American industry (that’ll appeal to patriots, he thought).

All well and good, but when has Obama ever done anything that benefits small business, or any size private enterprise for that matter? His latest offering amounts to no more than a feeble attempt to lower the unemployment statistics. If the work isn’t there, due to a combination of lack of disposable income and caution on the part of those that do have a few dollars to spend, companies are not going to recruit, tax breaks or not.

This has been borne out by an increase in productivity figures, where businesses are using a smaller workforce to meet demand. It’s safer, and cheaper, to pay overtime when the work is there, than to support more permanent staff. Increased health care costs, that the employer has to meet, is something they can do without while trying to ride the recession.

Who, given the choice, would not buy American? I actually thought for a while (well, it lasted a few seconds) that the President was on to something… until he came to the punchline. “I don’t want to see solar panels and wind turbines and electric cars made in China,” he said. “I want them made right here in the United States of America.” I nearly fell off my seat laughing. He’ll be attempting sales of solar panels in Wales next, where it is nearly always raining.

When Obama stuck to his core beliefs, as despised as they were by the majority of Americans, he at least had the loyal following of his Marxist cronies and perhaps more than a few moderate Democrats that could be swayed. This ‘pick and mix’ approach to his public persona, a last-ditch attempt at self-preservation, only serves to make him appear foolish and desperate. Perhaps we should book our tickets now for the final act!

Where Were You….. ?

It has become a cliché over the years, one that is still frequently heard. “Where were you when you heard that President Kennedy had been shot?” As time goes on, the answer will more often be along the lines that the interviewee was too young to remember, or that they were not even born yet.

A far more recent variation of the question, one that may usurp the commonality of the Kennedy enquiry, is “Where were you when you heard that the Towers had been hit?”

I certainly remember, as if it was just last week. I was having a coffee in the staff restaurant at my place of work. One of my co-workers (lovely guy, but not exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer, along with a predilection for idle gossip) came in and announced that a bomb had gone off at the Trade Center.
After the attempt several years earlier, in 1993, I assumed it was another vehicle device, or one concealed in a bag. It was only when I gained access to a television that the full scale of the attack became clear, and the reality hit home.

It was a day that would change people’s attitudes, and government policies, for years, perhaps even decades, to come. This was not a grudge attack against a single entity. Rather, it was an offensive on America itself and indeed, against the free world.

Today marks Rosh Hashanah, known to many as the Jewish New Year. Traditionally, it marks a time of reflection. Perhaps, on this day, two days before the ninth anniversary of the 9-11 attacks, we should all cast our minds back to that fateful day and remember. Remember the 3,000 souls who lost their lives, the many more thousands stricken with grief by the loss of their loved ones and lastly, but by no means least, the bravery and sacrifice of the rescue services.

The new Freedom Tower

We all have our own memories from 9-11, but one that is instilled in my mind is that of the spirit of Americans as they came to terms with, perhaps, their darkest hour. There was a defiance shown to an aggressor, that had probably not been seen on such a scale since World War Two, that united the entire country.

Going forward, we must remain vigilant. Those forces of evil are still out there, some closer to home than others. There are those that would destroy America, freedom and the Constitution that guides us. On this Rosh Hashanah…. remember.

Who Are The NRSC? Why Do They Back Liberal Republicans?

Yesterday, I wrote about establishment Republicans and their apparent opposition to all things Tea Party. Just who the heck are these people?

John Cornyn

We have just had a key election in Alaska. Incumbent Republican Lisa Murkowski went down in defeat to Joe Miller in the Senate primary. Joe Miller was the Conservative ‘Tea Party’ candidate. The head of the National Republican Senatorial Committee flew to Alaska to aid Lisa Murkowski with the primary. John Cornyn (R), Junior Senator from Texas, had said that his committee will observe strict neutrality.

According to Miller’s campaign there are still national operatives in the state, and they suspected an effort to sway the election results in favor of Murkowski. There were still some 1,500 absentee votes yet to be counted.

According to Tea Party activists in Cornyn’s home state of Texas, protests were held at all of Cornyn’s offices to make it clear that they did not want the GOP or the NRSC interfering with Alaska’s primary race. There has been a pattern of interference, back-room deals and underhanded tactics where Conservative Patriots and their candidates have been concerned.

The people are speaking their choices. There is a Conservative tsunami just over the horizon. If the RNC and the NRSC think that we will stand still for more of what we got from them when they were last in power, they have another think a- comin’.

The National Republican Party has been an abject failure. We need only to look around us to see the result of that. It was the irresponsible actions of the (then) majority party under George Bush that are directly responsible for Barack Hussein Obama being in office.

There are more primaries coming up soon. Delaware’s Republican primary is on Sept 14. The Tea Party Express has endorsed strong Conservative Christine O’Donnell over US Representative Mike Castle, the choice of the RNC and NRSC. It’s like this folks… Mike Castle is one of the biggest RINOs in Washington. This dude has been in virtual lockstep with Barack Obama’s agenda from the beginning. He needs to be defeated and it looks very much like he will be.

Message to the RNC. Keep it up and you’ll see the destruction of your party. You’re under as much scrutiny as the DeMarxists are. You worked very hard to lose our trust. Now you’re going to have to work much harder to get it back. Backing RINOs isn’t a very good start.

Establishment Republicans, Legends In Their Own Minds.

These are the supposed movers and shakers in the party… the ones who have been sitting out in the districts and picking typical party candidates, those who will follow the party establishment line and not question anything too carefully. That this approach to local, district and state party policy, with regard to candidate recruitment, has not proven very successful is obvious.

Bernanke: "Having another of your visions, Hank?"

The Republican Party was in catastrophic disarray when Barack Hussein Obama defeated John McCain. After President Bush caved in to hysterical pressure and signed on to TARP, forever damning himself in the eyes of Conservatives, we watched as Obama and his DeMarxist government brought us perhaps the most unpopular legislation in history by cheating, lying, destroying the rule of law and shredding the Constitution.

Then they doubled down on TARP with a ‘stimulus’ bill which did nothing at all to jump start the economy or private sector job growth. Citizens watched as billions upon billions of dollars went to pay Obama’s political debts to the the public service sector and teachers’ unions. We watched as cosmetic program after program crashed in upon itself in what has become a magnificent dirge of failure.

I’ve written about the people, the American people, not being quite like anybody else in the world. There is just something about us that is different. We rise up under the threat of socialist domination while the effete populations of Europe embrace socialism like a babe to its mother’s breast.

The Tea Party and the Conservative Patriot groups have drawn a line in the sand. We’ve knocked off several candidates in various states and districts that have been the darlings of the Republican establishment. There is a message out here for Republicans.

We, the American Patriot movement, are here. We’re not going away and we won’t be co-opted either. We’re watching the National Republican Senatorial Committee sneaking around in Alaska, trying to change vote totals and pull a Barney Frank on our own elected candidate because he wasn’t the one they favored.

It’s stuff like this which will result in a head-to-head confrontation between the RNC and the Patriots. We’ll take control of the party if we have to, but it would much better if the establishment would give over their business-as-usual games and actually work for the country and the Constitution for once.

Soros Takes Aim At Patriot Movement.

Soros is behaving like an army mule with a burr under his saddle blanket… which is to say that the Tea Party movement has gotten under his skin.

George Soros

His coup against the United States, through surrogates in the Obama government, isn’t doing so well. George is a sore loser. He’s really piqued at the nerve of those Patriot Movement types for upsetting the Marxist agenda of Barack Hussein Obama. Obama is a Soros creation… Soros and Indonesian Muslim, that is.

George is so irritated that he’s launched Teapartytracker.org. This site will feature videos and interviews from the ‘false right’, which have been showing up here and there at Tea Party events to sabotage the message. Fortunately, at least so far, George’s warriors haven’t been real hard to locate and neutralize.

The front groups for Teapartytracker are the usual Marxist suspects… the NAACP, Think Progress, New Left Media and Media Matters for America. Think Progress is a Soros organization with ties to former Clinton Chief of Staff John Podesta’s Center for American Progress.

Soros really wants to blunt and discredit the Patriot Movement in the eyes of the voters. Sorry, George, you’re a dime short and a dollar late on this one. The facts are that the American people are speaking through the Patriot Movements across the country. The left isn’t facing the mind-numbed masses they had hoped to face. Instead, they are facing millions and millions of well-informed and highly-motivated citizens, who have sworn to bring this country back to the Constitution and to reverse the indescribable damage done by the Marxist Government of Barack Hussein Obama.

Democrats are departing the Obama caravan like fleas from a dead camel. They are doing everything they can to be anything but Democrats. Too late. Remember when the health care vote was counted? I wrote then that we can count too, and we’ll remember each and every vote. Well, we did and we do. We remember how you voted. We remember how cocky and flip you all were as you blithely shattered both the Constitution and the law, in order to pass the worst legislation this country has seen since the new deal. We know your names.

The election is less than two months away now, and we’ll make sure every citizen in your district knows how you voted. You can run but you can’t hide from us.

Conservative Patriots Face Off With Old Guard Republicans.

It’s a fact that no power on earth can take down the United States of America. It’s equally true that a cabal of unprincipled, greedy and dishonest politicians have come frighteningly close to destroying this greatest of all beacons of truth and freedom. There is in us that which seeks truth and the freedom of mind, body and soul, which is the premise of being Americans.

We have seen the light of freedom dulled by the relentless assaults of those from the political left, who are disciples of a pernicious socio-political cult philosophy which has destroyed national economies around the world wherever it has been employed. Aside from the economic chaos and inevitable starvation which follows, over one hundred million people have been murdered as a result of communist revolutionary aggression.

Maybe the absolutely disastrous tenure of Barack Hussein Obama was a gift to America by a merciful God, who saw that America had been lied to sleep… that we had forgotten who we were. When the euphoria of the 2008 election had evaporated, the monster we had invited in wasted no time revealing itself in all its tyrannical and ideological glory.

America reacted in typical American fashion… we revolted. Call it the Tea Party or the Conservative Patriot Movement or whatever you wish, but it was a near simultaneous occurrence all across the country. It was, and has been, a peaceful revolution, but a revolution nonetheless.

The 60s Marxists leading the attempted takeover of our society had been stymied in their aim to foster communist revolution here for so long that when they gained total power with the election of Barack Obama they went berserk, looking more like feeding piranha than a governing body.

What woke us up as a country was watching the thrashing of the Constitution over the illegally passed ‘sthealth’ bill, which scarcely one Congressman had read or understood. 2,700 pages of absolutely incomprehensible legalese garbage, which seeks to control over one sixth of our entire economy.

The Tea Party movement, or Patriot movement, has been instrumental in GOP victories across the country, not always in tune with the chosen of the Republican establishment, however. The real truth is that the Republican Party has been pulled along in the wake of the Conservative tsunami, which has yet to peak and will come crashing down on the DeMarxists and the Obama administration in November.

The infamous ‘tin ear’ of the establishment Republicans, refusing to listen to the Conservative base time after time, has brought us stellar presidential candidates such as Bob Dole and John McCain. Trent Lott, another establishment hero, blurted out on television that the Tea Parties were nothing to worry about… they would simply be co-opted by the establishment party when they arrived in Washington. That statement alone shows how little they understand what’s going on out here.

They have no idea of the power and energy that is concentrated out here in the national Patriot Movements. It will not end with November. Our scrutiny will only increase as we make darn sure that the people we send to Washington are doing the jobs we sent them to do.
November simply marks the beginning of the next battle, the campaign to retire Barack Obama.

That Was The Week That Was #5.

The start of the week saw the left still smarting from the success of Glenn Beck’s ‘Restoring Honor’ rally which was held in DC the previous Saturday. As usual, when they have nothing of substance to argue, they resort to the tactic of belittlement.

Glenn Beck

A predominantly white crowd, ‘Don’t Tread On Me’ shirts being worn and exaggerated audience figures were amongst the criticisms coming from the liberals. They were really scraping the barrel for ammunition!

They stooped to the lowest of lows when the Huffington Post (who else?) published an article by Beau Friedlander, which offered a $100,000 reward for anyone that could provide scandal evidence that would remove Beck from the public eye. It was soon pulled from the site, probably more an act of self-preservation than honor.

We can expect a lot more from the Democrat Department of Dirty Tricks, especially after the survey figures released by Gallup at the start of the week which showed the Republicans taking a ten point lead amongst prospective voters, the highest so far this year.

The Obama administration pulled out all the stops, by their standards, by sending thirty National Guard troops to Arizona to help reinforce border security. Senators McCain and Kyl, along with Arizona officials, had requested 3,000. As a safety precaution, the Bureau of Land Management have erected signs, as far as 70 miles from the border, warning travelers of dangers in the area.

Could this be the start of a new trend by the Obama administration… disclaimers posted all over the country? Translated: “Due to our unwillingness to take action and support state authorities and enforce immigration laws, we take no responsibility for death or injury as a result thereof.”

The government’s victimization of Arizona further manifested itself in the suing of Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who is charged with failing to provide requested documentation in relation to alleged racial profiling. That this action comes only a matter of months after an investigation by ICE, which resulted in them reporting that everything was in order, makes it quite clear that someone, somewhere is determined to be rid of him.

While the government spends taxpayers’ money on lawsuits against those that defend you and your country, they invest more of your hard-earned dollars in professors at UCSD, whose belief in the dissolution of borders has driven them to modify cell phones by the addition of GPS components which, when supplied to illegal border-crossers, can assist them in their trek across the desert. The next step is government-subsidized taco trucks, lemonade stands and restrooms along the route.

The week, and the ‘recovery summer’ as it had been called by Democrats, ended with another increase in unemployment figures. With it now at 9.6%, one in six Americans are receiving welfare payments. Meanwhile, Labor Secretary Hilda Solis insists “there are jobs out there.”

I’m sure those words bring great comfort to the many that have never before known such hardship!

Joe’s Answer To Feds: More Illegal Alien Sweeps.

If the Republican Party had one tenth the courage and determination of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, we might not be having this conversation.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio speaks to the media in Phoenix, after learning that he is to be sued by the US Justice Department.

Sheriff Joe has stood like a rock throughout attack after attack by the liberal Marxists, and never wavered in his determination to serve the people by whom he was elected. Joe is a gutsy, no-nonsense lawman who says just what he thinks and does what he says he’s going to do, which has been to incarcerate some 10,000 offenders, both domestic and illegal alien.

President Obama’s government has singled out Arizona for punishment, for being the first to stand against the statist tyranny of Washington. Eric Holder, at the orders of Barack Hussein Obama, initiated a lawsuit against Arizona’s anti-illegal alien legislation SB 1070, which had passed with overwhelming support from the people of Arizona. Gutsy Conservative Governor Jan Brewer stood against Obama’s hectoring. She told Holder to go pound sand and informed reporters that she was confident that the State’s argument would prevail.

In the meantime, it’s not like this is Joe Arpaio’s first rodeo with people who would love to see him dragged down. He’s faced them all and he’s still here. Now he’s become such a pain in the posteriors of the drug traffickers that they’ve put out an open contract on his head. Joe’s defiance has helped bolster the confidence of other border lawmen to stand up against an illegal rogue government that is obviously bent on the destruction of our society, at least as we know it.

Joe is an everyday American hero. There are heroes just like Joe all over the country. Look around. They’re your friends and neighbors… your family… your community.
Keep at it Joe, we’re with you.

He Has Nothing To Say.

To say that President Obama’s speech, marking the retirement of our last combat units from Iraq, was uninspiring… well, it was uninspiring. As usual, he’s taking credit for something that was planned back in the Bush administration. He did acknowledge former President Bush in an offhand sort of way, making it almost an insult.

We know Obama doesn’t do ad lib, so it makes you wonder about some of his writers. It’s like they are as far out of touch with the pulse of America as Obama is, maybe more so. The speech was short for Obama, but then he hasn’t much to say these days… just the same updated re-written garbage that he’s been spieling for two years.

The speech returned to his economy, and make no mistake about it, it is his economy… George Bush retired two years ago, though you wouldn’t know it to listen to some of the liberal backwash out there. There’s no amount of spin that can disguise the fact that George Bush left us with a budget deficit of 400 billion dollars plus, which was bad enough in the opinion of most conservatives.

Barack Hussein Obama has lied, cajoled, bribed and corrupted the political process with his phalanx of Marxist apparatchiks and regulators… choking the life out of American business. He has blasted his way through 1.85 trillion dollars.

If you look at it from that aspect, it’s not surprising he doesn’t have much to say.
