“Absurd”… “Internally Contradictory”.

It’s a tax… it’s a penalty… no, wait…it’s a tax.
Chief Justice John Roberts turned the Constitution and the Supreme Court on its head with a not-quite-coherent opinion in which he managed a tortured interpretation of the Obamacare Act, which was clearly intended to save the most detested piece of legislation since prohibition.



The temptation to jump on my keyboard as soon as I heard the announcement was severe. As with most news events, I prefer to wait until the immediate coverage has sorted itself from the garbage which so often accompanies events such as this. I’m glad I did. It gave me the opportunity to listen to the opinions of one of the true experts on the Constitution and Constitutional law in this country, Mark Levin.

For those of you seeking information you could not find a better, more coherent source than Mr Levin. His book, ‘Men in Black’, is a compelling look at the Supremes and their relationship to jurisprudence and the Constitution. His book,’Liberty and Tyranny’, is a tour de force which offers a compelling insight into the minds and actions of those who would destroy America as we know it.

Mark was as close to ballistic in his treatment and analysis of the Roberts decision as anything I’ve ever heard him say or write. Words such as “Mickey Mouse”… and… “There’s nothing redeeming about Obamacare, nothing”. To say that he filetted the opinion of the Chief Justice is a wild understatement.

Roberts found a political reason to render the judgement as he did. Had he not convoluted his reasoning along the tortuous path he chose, Obamacare would have gone down in the flames it so richly deserves. As it is, Roberts’ legacy to the court and the nation is going to be one of eternal vigilance on our part. The usual beltway pundits are falling all over themselves to posit this mess as some sort of conservative victory.

The only victory here is that there’s probably nothing that could have galvanized an already aroused conservative patriot populace more. Everything I’m hearing out here and reading online indicates a real anger over upholding a clearly unconstitutional law, which was passed in the ‘dark of night’ without a single Republican vote and not a single committee hearing.

For myself, November just can’t get here fast enough.

MaoBama And The House Of Cards… Redux.

You told us in your multitude of yammering, meaningless phrases from your legions of slavish media symbionts that you and your Utopian schemes were inevitable… that we, the American people, the backbone of this greatest nation state in the history of the world, just needed to step away and genuflect before your brilliance and soaring rhetoric. We’ve had three really miserable years to attest for the magnitude of the error of electing you, Barack Hussein Obama. It’s an error we will correct very soon.



I wrote about Obama and his nearly delusional “House of Cards” some time ago. I get lost in the archives so I won’t bother to try and say when. But let’s just say my prognostications were frighteningly accurate. I guess you could say I was one of the deniers, one of those who had vetted our Imperial Majesty before his immaculation (thanks, Rush). What I saw frankly alarmed the hell out of me. The persistent Utopianist and redistributionist themes that ran through everything Obama did made me want to scream, “Open your eyes, you fools. The enemy is at the gates and the watchers are asleep”. I guess I have Barack Hussein to thank for this column, though. Without the dire threat he represents it may not have existed. It took considerable convincing on Dee’s (my editor) part, as it was.

You’ll be glad to know that MaoBama’s mad world is no less delusional than before. Much more so really, though now there’s a hint of desperation and not a little paranoia. As out of touch as the leftist radicals, their surrogates in the media and the unions are with the true mood of the nation, it’s no surprise that they had written off the Patriot Movement. The ‘Tea Partiers’ were a momentary phenomenon of 2010 and now, scattered and powerless, could be disregarded.

Of all the many mistakes that Obama and the goon squad have made (and they are legion), the fundamental misreading of the voices and the mood of the country is going to be the sword which will hamstring Obama’s Communist Utopian America dreams. The Supreme Court can never be taken for granted, but last week had a few surprises that just absolutely took MaoBama and his Attorney General, with all sails, aback… if not dismasted altogether.

The academic pinheads of the MaoBama regime had been sure that the Supremes would take the tack that it was a done deal and not examine the issue too deeply, and then accede to the reality of a government-enforced mandate. That rosy glow lasted about one word into Justice Kennedy’s opening statement and it was downhill from there. It was very entertaining listening to the lames of the Obama lapdog kennel trying to spin it into anything but the disaster it was… and it played out on camera for the entire nation to see.

It ain’t over until they bring on the fat lady, but it looks and feels a whole hell of a lot like at least a few on the Supreme Court remembered that the Constitution and its guarantees are the reason for their existence.

Yes, it’s Obama’s house of cards and it’s beginning to sway precariously. Don’t take your attention off Obama for a second. Desperate and paranoid he may be, but ever more dangerous for that. I do feel that he’s really capable of anything and that’s exactly why we, as American Tea Party Patriots, must be ever more vigilant for it.

This Is The Face Of Tyranny.

If I was a total stranger who had never seen or heard of Barack Hussein Obama, I would say he was stoned when that picture was taken. As far as I’m concerned, the picture speaks for itself. It is the face of self-indulgence. It is the face of dissipation. Soon to become the face of desperation.



In medieval times, he would have been given a name such as ‘Obama the Usurper’, or ‘Obama the Destroyer’. Most likely though, the appellation that would stick would have been given to him not by his cronies but by ‘the little people’. And that nomenclature would be ‘Obama the Weak’.

Judged objectively, the last three years under Barack Hussein Obama will go down in history as three of the worst years in our history. We’ve been suffering under the depredations of the Obama crowd long enough. It’s time to take the fight against the enemies of freedom to the next level.

There has been much speculation about the Tea Party having had its high tide mark with the 2010 takeover of Congress and the wholesale wipe-out that was handed to the Congressional DeMarxists. As a result, the liberal spin meisters on both sides of the aisle have been working overtime to portray the Tea Party Patriots as passé, while endlessly tauting the anointed choice of the liberals and ‘moderates’ who are just another description of liberal, as far as Conservatives are concerned.

Wednesday, January 4th saw the advent of what may well turn out to be the final straw for the estimated 60% of Americans who identify themselves as “very conservative” or “somewhat conservative”. Americans have an unusually high tolerance for abuse. I wish it wasn’t so. I think it stems from our indefatigable concept of ‘fairness’. I also think that America’s quotient for political chicanery has reached its limit with Barack Hussein Obama’s usurpation of power not granted to the office of the Chief Executive. With Obama’s violation of Section One, Article Five of the Constitution, we have been given an insight and preview of what another four years of his ‘enlightened’ leadership would be. From where I stand, it’s a very scary picture which may well involve the very survival of this nation of free people.

Obama’s perfect storm against every single sector of our economy, our national security and the pillars of freedom represented by our Constitution and Bill of Rights must be stopped, and stopped now! We have a bare eleven months to oust the nascent dictatorial tyranny of Barack Hussein Obama, and root out his communist cronies and send them packing into the political obscurity they so richly deserve.

So where are the American Patriots through all of this, you may ask? We’re here, alright. We’re here and we’re beyond mad as hell. Well, you may say, I haven’t seen any demonstrations to speak of. No hundred thousand (clean and well behaved) patriots storming the Washington mall and lobbying the halls of Congress, as is our right under that self-same Constitution that, to Obama and the Marxists, is just an inconvenient piece of paper.

I can tell you where we are. We’re out in the towns, cities and communities of America. We’re organizing the grass roots, the heart and soul of America, to defeat the Obamamonster once and for all. We have a bare eleven months… that’s a heartbeat in political terms.

If you are not actively affiliated with a local Tea Party group, get that way… we’re not at all difficult to find. You’ll discover a whole new world of welcoming, friendly people who have but one purpose and one purpose only… the preservation of the light of freedom for the world that is the United States of America. Marxist Rush To Regulate The Republic Out Of Existence.

This is perhaps the most sickeningly insidious part of Obama and the Congressional Marxists plan for you, America. Transformational change, indeed. Changing your life and the lives of everyone you know. The DeMarxists are fully well aware that their messiah, their golden boy, is a blank pistol. They know that with every passing day the prospects for an Obama second term become more tenuous.



It’s getting harder and harder for the White House and the Democrats in Congress to convince anybody that Obama’s fiscal and economic policies are anything but an unmitigated disaster. Trust me, they can see the train wreck coming as well as we can. They may be delusional but they’re not stupid… in a slimy sort of way.

Remember how the DeMarxist House behaved right up to the very day the Republicans took over on January 4, 2011? They continued to shred the rule of law and the Constitution right up until the bitter end. That they did this, in full light of the knowledge that the overwhelming number of Americans were adamantly opposed to their illegality, should tell you all. They don’t have the majority party any more, and their hold on the Senate is slim… and after 2012 will most likely be non-existent.

What is occurring, and at a fantastically rapid pace, is a multiple agency rush to regulate away our Republic outside of the purview of the people’s Congress, outside any jurisdiction and, in most cases, without any oversight at all.

If they can forever (as they see it) embroil us in an endless progression of regulation, bureaucracy and servility to nameless, faceless government tyranny, America as we know it will cease to exist.

The time is now. We have to move on this now. Contact your representatives and tell them to cut funding to as many of these regulatory agencies and bureaux as possible.

Truth Is Consequential.

For two long years this column, along with most other conservative writers, have trumpeted the mastery of the conservative message in the face of the rising tide of Marxist totalitarianism. The very mission statement of this column, “The light of freedom and truth in the defense of our republic”, is a clarion call to action.



Today’s conservative is most likely to be in the Patriot Movement or be in sympathy with the Tea Party Patriots’ aims. No surprises there, 60 to 80 million American voters agree very strongly with the Tea Party ‘platform’, if there is such a thing. If we have a platform it would have to be the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence.

Consequences… they’re all around us. To most of us, consequences are the result of ill-considered actions or decisions. To the Marxist liberal there can be no constraint from mere consequences, because of the ‘purity’ of the liberal progressive motive. Purity of intent is a rising tide that lifts all boats in the murky shadow world of ‘communism light’. History is strewn with the debris of such philosophy.

The inner workings of the Marxist movement were displayed as never before, due to the intensity of the exposure provided by the conservative news media and the conservative blogosphere. The consequences of the last election haven’t all been felt yet… far from it.

That election tsunami was the direct result of the American voting public’s exposure to the monstrous statist ideology of Barack Obama, the main stream leftist media, his DeMarxist Congress, and the patriotic constitutional movements known collectively as the Tea Parties. It wasn’t even close. Americans prefer the Constitutional Republican/Tea Party by way over 60%.

Truth does count and people sense it. They seek it like a moth to flame.
Truth and freedom… they are insuperable.

Americans, Stand Up To The Statists Now!!

Due to work commitments, both Skip and I are unable to produce an article today. With yesterday’s reading of the Constitution to the House, I thought this article from March 13, 2010 could be an apt reminder of why this should be necessary.

Now is the time, wherever you are is the place. This is the quintessential battle to save representative democracy for ourselves and our posterity. It boils down to a fundamental struggle between right and wrong, good and evil, darkness and light.

In this war between statist ideology and the rule of law as represented by the Constitution, Bill of Rights and the principles of the founders, there can be only one outcome. Freedom loving American Patriots must prevail against the forces of the extra-legal, extra-Constitutional, Marxist-style tyranny now attempting to gain absolute control of this country OUTSIDE THE LAWS OF OUR LAND AND THE FRAMEWORK OF OUR CONSTITUTION.



Barack Hussein Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and the rest of the Democrat leadership are in a criminal conspiracy to steal the freedom of three hundred and seven million Americans. They are breaking parliamentary rules and Constitutional law left and right, without regard to, and directly in opposition to, the will of over three quarters of the people of the United States of America, to force the so-called ‘Obama Care’ bill through on a vote they expect to take early next week.

This massive attempt at the government theft and control of seventeen per cent of our Gross National Product, with the end result of the absolute control of the American people in mind, has nothing to do with health care and everything to do with statist tyranny. Barack Hussein Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi care not one wit for the American people or this country. They only know the thirst for raw power that is the hallmark of the Marxist/Leninist ideologue.



Many times through this battle for the survival of this wondrous land, I and others like me have repeatedly called for our fellow Americans and Patriots to stand forth and be counted. Let your voices be heard for truth and freedom. Now is perhaps the time when our need is the greatest. We must make these ‘lawmakers’ know that we know what they are about, and far more than that, we know who they are!

We must call, write, fax, email and bombard their offices in Washington D.C. and in their individual districts in the various states. Demand answers! Be respectful but tell them exactly what you think and that you know exactly what they are up to.

Once again, it’s OK to be angry but don’t be out of hand. You have every right to be angry when these supposed ‘representatives’ of the people have been anything but. Don’t take no for an answer. It’s our country and our lives and the lives of your children that are at stake. Call and keep calling…visit offices and keep visiting… email and keep emailing.
God love you for your efforts and God save this great nation.

Now Is The Time.

I know now how our patriot forefathers, good British subjects all, could have been forced into acts of civil disobedience followed by open rebellion against what they saw as a government out of control and committing illegal acts against the citizens of the colonies.

I, and many other patriots, have been experiencing these same emotions. It’s not easy to stand by and watch the Marxist cabal shred the Constitution and the rule of law. They used to do it undercover and in secret. Now they are doing it out in the open.

I’ve taken on the Republican establishment often enough that no one is going to accuse me of carrying their water. The Republicans did do a magnificent job of political guerrilla warfare while severely outnumbered in both the House and the Senate.

The Marxists got Obamacare passed, but it cost them the House as their illegal and unconstitutional behavior was stripped bare and exposed for all of America to bear witness to. The Republicans delayed, used the power of the patriot movement to influence lawmakers and staged no less than seventy six filibusters. Many times we watched as the Marxists caved in front of a determined minority resistance.

We will be tested as no majority party has ever been. If anyone is under the misapprehension that the Marxists are somehow going to be tamed by this defeat and ride off into political obscurity, they have another thing coming. We’ve seen them exposed… these people are confirmed ideologues and only defeat, absolute defeat, will stop them.
Welcome, 112th Congress… your war awaits.

Thanksgiving – Time To Reflect On Our God And Our Freedom.

I’ve been absolutely appalled listening to the insipidly ‘tame’ individuals willingly trading their freedom for the dubious safety afforded by the dysfunctional TSA and its entire apparatus. Fact: The TSA has neither detected nor prevented a single incidence of terrorism since its inception, despite the inconvenience and discomfiture of millions of traveling Americans.



This government has come closer than any number of enemies to subjugating the American people. Our forefathers of only a few generations ago would be appalled at the reach of Washington into our personal affairs and our daily lives. They would not have tolerated it. Washington or no Washington, they would have stopped the nonsense dead in its tracks.

Just to aid the liberally challenged out there… neither would they have recognized the so-called ‘separation of Church and State’. It simply didn’t exist. There is no such precept anywhere in the Constitution or in any of the Founding Documents. The only reason it has been permitted to exist at all is because of the weakness and timidity of self-described ‘men of the people’ who had not the courage of their supposed convictions.

Had the proponents of the secularist removal of God from the body politic been confronted with determination and purpose, their arguments would have dissolved in the face of the Constitution itself.
It is my firm belief that our so-called Republican leadership has been highly culpable in this regard. Much more willing to cave at the first onslaught of the secular left than to stand and fight on principle. That’s why the establishment of the GOP must undergo a reformation or be left behind.

By abrogating their responsibility in this regard, they have left this and many other battles for us, the American Patriots, to fight.

Today we join with family, relatives and friends to meet and give thanks to God almighty, the architect of our great nation. And when you do, say a prayer for the preservation of our country, our ideals, and the sacred covenant which freedom has forged between us and our Creator.

No other country, no other people, have been as blessed as we. We are the light and the hope of the civilized world.
Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Holder, Napolitano and their evil ideology will not stand in the face of the march of the American Patriot.

Unexpected Consequences.

This week, one man overturned the will of seven million Californians, shredding the meaning and intent of the Fourteenth Amendment. Judge Vaughn R. Walker sought to turn the trial into the circus maximus of the gay movement… he wanted cameras in his courtroom to dramatize the proceedings.

It was apparent from the beginning that the good judge had a stake in the trial’s outcome. How an acknowledged activist in the gay movement ever became the trial judge on the Proposition Eight issue, without being challenged and forced to recuse, is remarkable. The ultra-left may find that this judge’s self-serving decision, which stands against the beliefs of the vast majority of the American people, will only serve to further inflame the nation against the DeMarxist government in Washington and the states themselves, many of whom are in the sights of the American Patriot movement.



Barring an October surprise (take nothing for granted), it looks like the DeMarxists in Congress, not a few ‘moderate’ Democrats and some Republicans (at least the ones we can get to this cycle), are going to be surprised at the mounting voter angst out there. I’m seeing increasing numbers of Democrats, and even a few recalcitrant liberals, change their mind about their role in furthering Obama’s Marxist tyranny.

We’ve had it with activist judges who legislate from the bench while ignoring the Constitution altogether. We’ve had it with the corruption we see on a daily basis. We’ve had it even more with the politicians that put this country at risk… who have broken their oath and have sullied the offices they occupy.
Keep marching toward November… Get active, stay active!

Our Founding Documents… The Foundations Of Freedom.

The three documents, The Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, and The Bill of Rights are the model from which America draws its freedoms. Those freedoms, and the industry and genius of a free people, are responsible for the astronomical success of the great American experiment.

Many, back in the days of King George the Third and the Revolution, didn’t believe that people could self govern, that instead the guidance of a firm but benign ruler was necessary as the common man simply could not be trusted to make life decisions for himself. Europe was essentially a series of post medieval fiefdoms. A rigid caste/class system ensured the status quo.

With the discovery of the new world, the colonizing of America sent hints of freedom back to the old world. The restless and independent who chaffed under monarchical rule responded and fled to this new land, where a man was free to worship as he pleased and prosper through the efforts of his own labor, far from the courts of Europe. This led to a fierce independence and a love of the country that had given them so much.



The Revolutionary War brought together some of the best minds in the colonies to formulate the founding documents of our fledgling republic. I’m one of those that believe that the documents were God-given. God was a very big part of our founders’ thinking and their lives, and it shows in the wording. I’m more and more convinced that the founding documents should be read, examined and wondered over by every citizen. The language is simple and easy to understand. You cannot read these works and not feel uplifted.

April 15 – Let Your Voices Be Heard.

Tomorrow will put finish to the contention that the ‘Tea-Party’ or Conservative Patriot movement has reached its zenith and would soon cease to be a threat. That’s what they’d like you to think. The MSM (so-called mainstream media) has consistently underestimated the real strength of the Patriot movement. They’ve expended so much time on trying to discredit our movement and everything about it. They’ve tied us to every wild-eyed fringe maniac they could find. They have painted us with that usually reliable liberal brush.



Wonder of wonders, it didn’t work. The Patriot Movement has emerged from their collective scathing stronger, smarter, more determined and much larger. More and more people are seeing how deeply they have been betrayed by the passage of health care and the rest of Obama’s economy and job killing policies. These people will gravitate towards their local patriot groups too.

Tomorrow we will see an expression of American values, our traditions, our Constitution and our profound belief in God and the God given freedoms we defend. Millions of Americans will attempt, once again, to get a message through to a government in Washington, which so far has proven deaf to the growing crescendo of unrest around the country. As ominous as all the indicators are for the DeMarxists in the coming midterms, Patriot activists are working extra hard to make sure we retire as many people as we can who facilitated the passage of the health care bill.



Tell all the friends you can reach about the tea-parties in your area, support your country and join with your local Patriots in this peaceful expression of our freedoms. All over America people are joining together and repudiating the Socio/Marxist aims of Barack Obama, his administration and Democrat-dominated House and Senate.

Super Nominee – Super Scrutiny.

Senator Patrick (Leaky) Leahy (D-VT) has stated that Obama’s choice for the Supreme Court, to replace Justice John Paul Stevens who is retiring at the end of this term, should be in place for the next Supreme Court term which begins in October.

Umm, maybe not, Pat… there are some Senate Republicans who are going to work at their pay grade for once and just scrutinize the hell out of everything they’ve ever done. Oh, I don’t know, does the name Bork bring anything to mind? This was when Ted Kennedy opposed Judge Robert Bork’s nomination to the Supreme Court by President Ronald Reagan. Ted Kennedy stood in front of the nation and attacked Bork, lying through his eye teeth. The Republicans were completely caught off balance and by the time they did react to the attack the Democrats owned the story. The rest is history.

History may be written here again this summer as the left stack up their leftist nominees, selected by their leftist boss, to advance through judicial activism what the left cannot win at the ballot box. How the Senate Republicans handle this process will tell us a whole bunch about who will stay in the Senate. The truth is we’ve had a gut full of Republicans making deals and pandering to our political opponents. It’s time to stand up and be counted or…?



To be sure there will be rich Conservative hunting grounds. Possibly, we should give all of Obama’s appointees a copy of the Constitution. I’m sure they will find it foreign to their belief and totally unknown to most. There’s the guy over in Berkeley who just ‘accidentally’ happened to misplace the 100 most important legal positions he had taken. I’m sure the Committee would just love to discuss that one at length.

I watched Senate Republicans roll over time after time in the confirmation hearings for Sonia Sotomayor. There was plenty there to question and yet Republicans who have been taking our money to do their jobs rolled over on their backs with their feet in the air. No mas. That’s not how we want you to tend our business. We expect you to be hard nosed and tough… be the party of no. Most especially, stand by the conservative principles that have made this country great.
You can’t go far wrong if you stick to that formula.

Twentieth Century Conservative, Twenty First Century Extremist.

We are all pretty much used to the tactics of the left, and I mean left, not liberal or Democrat. The verbal abuse, the exaggeration, the revision of history, not to mention the occasional criminal damage or assault. You get acclimatized to it after a while and accept it as part of the course. There is one thing that really gets to me though, being the easy going sort of person that I am – the current trend of labeling Republicans / Conservatives / Patriots as extremists.



I differentiate between liberal/Democrat and ‘left’ because the forces that have taken over the Democrat party can hardly be compared to Andrew Jackson, Harry S. Truman or even the relatively recent Bill Clinton. I’m sure the first two of the aforementioned would turn in their graves if they could see what had become of their party, with lies, bullying tactics and a total disrespect and disregard for the Constitution all being  acceptable in their rule book.

I feel a certain sympathy for the centrists in their party now, I know a lot of liberals and they are nice enough people, although a little misguided. They just happened to be born with the extra ‘G’ chromosome (G for gullible), not something they chose.



It would be interesting to see how many of these ‘extremist tea partiers’ have, at some time in the past, voted Democrat. More than a handful, I would suggest. There’s hope for some of them yet. They don’t all want to live in a country where they are bred to serve the government, being told what they can eat, what they can drive, what they can read or who they should listen to on the radio. They still hold the belief that Rights are given by God alone, not by some wannabe fake idol who purports that we should be subservient to the elected servants of the people.

So, ‘extremist tea partiers’? Hardly. It’s like sitting on a smooth, high speed train, where you can’t feel the motion of the vehicle. You look out of the window and see the land speeding away to your right hand side. It’s not the ground base moving to the right, Mr LeftWing observer, it’s your Democrat train hurtling to the left – a train that will be going south very soon now!

Barack Hussein Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and the rest of the Democrat leadership are in a criminal conspiracy to steal the freedom of three hundred and seven million Americans. They are breaking parliamentary rules and Constitutional law left and right, without regard to, and directly in opposition to, the will of over three quarters of the people of the United States of America, to force the so-called ‘Obama Care’ bill through on a vote they expect to take early next week.

This massive attempt at the government theft and control of seventeen per cent of our Gross National Product, with the end result of the absolute control of the American people in mind, has nothing to do with health care and everything to do with statist tyranny. Barack Hussein Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi care not one wit for the American people or this country. They only know the thirst for raw power that is the hallmark of the Marxist/Leninist ideologue.



Many times through this battle for the survival of this wondrous land, I and others like me have repeatedly called for our fellow Americans and Patriots to stand forth and be counted. Let your voices be heard for truth and freedom. Now is perhaps the time when our need is the greatest. We must make these ‘lawmakers’ know that we know what they are about, and far more than that, we know who they are!

We must call, write, fax, email and bombard their offices in Washington D.C. and in their individual districts in the various states. Demand answers! Be respectful but tell them exactly what you think and that you know exactly what they are up to. Once again, it’s OK to be angry but don’t be out of hand. You have every right to be angry when these supposed ‘representatives’ of the people have been anything but. Don’t take no for an answer. It’s our country and our lives and the lives of your children that are at stake. Call and keep calling…visit offices and keep visiting… email and keep emailing.

Clear And Present Danger.

While American Marines, soldiers, NATO allies and Afghan troops put their lives on the line against a truly vicious Taliban foe, to free Afghanistan from their yoke of oppression and deny the Taliban their base of operations, President Obama is planning to steal YOUR freedoms…again. While our troops fight to uphold the principles of freedom, Obama steals around like a thief in the night.

Behind closed doors, with no press or other witnesses present, President Obama put every single taxpayer in this country ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS DEEPER IN DEBT! No fanfare on this one folks. No hysterical lapdog media breathless pronouncements of his brilliance and genius. Just more debt enslavement for you, your children and if he gets his way, their kids also.

With the stroke of a pen the President increased the debt limit of this country by ONE POINT NINE TRILLION DOLLARS from 12.4 trillion, an already unsustainable figure, to a mind-splitting 14.3 trillion dollars. This money is sure to be more pork smorgy and bribe (whoops) political-payback government feel-good money which will do nothing towards private sector job growth, in fact the opposite.
I warned about this before. Obama is acting like a petulant youth who has been punished by his parents and is scheming ways around them. He is desperate and dangerous.



The other analogy would be that of a cornered animal. The facts are that Obama is planning to bypass the will of the American people and the Constitution of the United States, to rule by fiat and decree like some of the third world thugs he so admires. The Constitution clearly defines the duties of the executive branch. Making law is not one of them… no not even close. Yet that is what the Anointed One intends to do. We should be burning up the wires to Washington with our calls, letters and emails of protest. He needs to know, his administration needs to know and the Congress needs to know that we will not stand for it.

His plans for getting by executive order that which he was denied by the citizens, taxpayers and patriots of this country will have dire consequences. If he thought he saw tea parties before… he would see such an uprising as this country has never seen.
We remember Adolf Hitler, Mao and his Red Guards, Stalin and Pol Pot. We see Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez. These people all ruled by fiat and decree also.

Supremes Get One Right: Gut McCain Feingold.

After one of the WORST activist based decisions in history, that of April 2, 2007, which gave the EPA the power to treat auto CO2 emissions as an environmental issue, the Supreme Court seems to have finally put its robes on straight and actually READ the Constitution they are sworn to abide by. The court struck down major portions of the bill, especially those relating to the government’s regulation of free speech.

Senator John McCain’s support for this widely unpopular bill turned many Conservative and Independent voters against him, myself among them. That, and his support for amnesty among other “across the aisle” excursions, probably made him unelectable to anyone but party insiders. Frankly, I voted for him only as a vote against Barack Obama.

One hopes that the Supremes would continue their study of the Constitution for what it actually says and not in support of activist goals. It should be noted that President Obama’s choice for the Supreme Court, Justice Sonia Sotomayor, voted against the people of this country.

A number of other things have happened that should have Conservative patriots concerned since Scott Brown overturned Barack Obama’s brown, wormy apple cart. Nancy Pelosi, looking much like she had just bitten into one of those apples, admitted that they did not have the votes for the passage of Obama /Pelosi /Reid care. That’s a good thing, that’s a very good thing.

Democrats are scrambling to come up with something that doesn’t smell of defeat and absolute retreat for their boss, while in the face of an indisputable message from the AMERICAN PEOPLE.
Obama announced that he would seek a ONE POINT NINE TRILLION DOLLAR increase in the debt ceiling. I’d say “WHAT?!!!” But I used that yesterday. In does point to the incredible disconnect between mainstream America and the ideologically-driven Democrat government, that in the face of a clear message to the contrary the administration would continue down this politically suicidal path.



President Obama also announced the government takeover of the school loan program, another ONE HUNDRED AND THREE BILLION DOLLAR government takeover.
There were another 36,000 jobs lost last week, bringing job losses in the ‘Obama recovery’ to some 480,000 since the beginning of the Obama Presidency. Meanwhile, the Feds are planning to give PROTECTED STATUS to 200,000 Haitians.
This begs the question, just who the heck is protecting AMERICAN CITIZENS?

Here’s a question to France and that ODIOUS blowhard in Venezuela… where are your aid convoys to Haiti? Gee, guess they must have been delayed. But then we saw the way France treated it’s colonials and how Chavez treats his citizens.

There are Conservatives lining up in challenges to the leftists all over the country and the march to defeat the attempted takeover of our country continues. Now is not a time to slack up or to rest on yesterday’s accomplishments. Now is the time for action. Action begins in your communities. Action begins with you.

And The Beat Goes On – At Risk Dems Bail… And Bail…And…

We’ve been talking about this for months now. They can’t say they weren’t warned. In their headlong rush for the LEMMING PRECIPICE of self-destruction, the DeMarxists were repeatedly told, “there is a price to be paid for your self-aggrandizing power grab and your arrogant disenfranchisement of the American TAXPAYER…and TAXPAYERS ARE VOTERS!”

In their blind ideologue-driven hurry to enslave the freest society in the history of the world they forgot three salient facts. Fact – We fought to gain our freedom against immense odds and won. Fact – We continued the fight for freedom on every continent and on every sea on this planet in the two centuries since the founding of this republic and won. Fact – The American people will NEVER be separated from their freedom, now or ever.

We kept saying then and say now that THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE PEED! We’ve been peed and nothing that has gone on has mitigated that in any way. Everything the DeMarxists and their clueless President Barry Hussein have done has just increased the level of fury waiting in the wings. That these people have blinded themselves to the true anger of the American people for the sake of their ideological coup is remarkable, given the politician’s usual penchant for self survival. But blinded themselves they have and receive our righteous retribution THEY SHALL!!

We are currently watching Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Barack-one-term-Obama abrogate every tenant of the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, in order to pass the health destruction of America bill. They seem to think we don’t understand what they are doing. What’s even more incredible is that they don’t seem to understand that WE UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING and why. Empires have changed hands upon the simple factor of underestimation, and one of the classic underestimations of all times is the contempt with which these DeMarxists and the Maobamists have held and treated the AMERICAN PEOPLE. “Don’t tread on me” is as true today as it was in 1775.

Do Americans Still Have What It Takes? I Say Yes!

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL…

I have a friend who insists that Americans have been emasculated. That somehow we just aren’t what we used to be. I take umbrage with a world view that American exceptionalism has somehow fallen by the wayside.
It’s very true that the liberals would LIKE to see an androgynous Homo-Americanus that they could mold into their perverted Utopian one-size-fits-all Marxian world.

The 1960s produced some startling social demographic changes starting with the ’sexual revolution’.
It’s also true that they made some inroads in that direction by the attempted feminization of the male population through the radical feminist movement, with the resultant ‘compliant’, ’sensitive’ male that we’ve heard described as ‘metro-sexual’ and other less savory descriptions. It’s significant that when they obtain the resultant male they’d been looking to produce, they weren’t satisfied with him either and went around complaining that men aren’t masculine and assertive. The other problematic half of that equation is that the type of female that is produced by adherence to feminist ideals is not the kind of woman a real male wants anyway.

I don’t intend to demean feminists. They are what they are and they do what they do. Just don’t get mad at us if we don’t care to play in that ball court.

America was drugged to sleep in the 1960’s. We had a steady drumbeat of socialist dogma coming from our news media and our universities. We had hundreds of thousands of American men fighting a war thousands of miles from home that was never CLEARLY defined for the American people, and an active communist fifth column operating pretty much in the open in our schools. The main stream Americans, the ones no one ever heard from in what is now called fly-over country, knew pretty much only what the available news media of the day was telling them and its message had already been largely usurped by the liberal hard left, which was also making inroads into the Democratic party.

The long overdue civil rights movement, which it should be remembered was opposed ALMOST EXCLUSIVELY BY DEMOCRATS, was piggy-backed into the “Great Society” of President Lyndon Johnson and was a democrat-for-life social welfare modern plantation system that exists to this day. Keeping minorities in poverty rather than lifting them from it. Still, Americans embraced what was good in it and the result has been a far more integrated and color blind society.

The advent of talk radio, the internet and instantaneous communications have changed everything. The lies of the left no longer go undisputed. In fact, they are usually challenged in minutes instead of hours or days. We as a people began to start paying attention to what our kids were being taught in our public schools. We came out of the haze that had been produced by the frenetic 60 hour working weeks of the 80s and 90s and saw what our resultant inattention had wrought. We saw our country and our freedoms being stolen from us.

Another miracle occurred… we started talking to each other. People from all over this country rediscovering what is meant by AMERICAN EXCEPTIONALISM and the blessings that are the Constitution and the Bill of Rights – that it is our duty and sacred trust to maintain the freedoms that have been gained at so great a price. Millions upon millions of Americans are rising up and saying HELL NO!

This is it. This is the new year. This is 2010. This is the YEAR OF THE CONSERVATIVE REVOLUTION. LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD!!

Senators, Run For Cover – The Americans Are Coming, The Americans Are Coming!!

There are a lot of self-important and self-aggrandizing ‘power brokers’ in Washington that won’t be there come this time next year. It’s not just the tunnel-visioned hypocrites in the Senate that are in the cross-hairs either. The House of Representatives has MUCH to answer to the American voters for also.

Look for the DeMarxists to try to drive a wedge between the GOP and the TEA PARTY CONSERVATIVES. The facts are that the VAST majority of this country do identify themselves as conservative, for all the bleating of the lame stream socio-marxist media and the Maobamatons of the administration. The very people they have been crapping all over for years have been bulking up on the CONSTITUTION and the words of the FOUNDERS, the BILL OF RIGHTS and the DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE. They have remembered WHO and WHAT they are.

The Americans Are Coming!

All prognostications for next year’s elections are indicating grim prospects for politicians whom the American voter has determined are responsible for, and are in favor of, the OPPRESSIVE legislation now working its way through Congress. Whether by active or passive support, Americans are taking note and remembering. No matter if it was in favor of the massive pork ’stimulus’ funds the DeMarxists voted for themselves, or the fraudulent and UNCONSTITUTIONAL health care bill, to the economic disaster that is CAP and TAX, to the upcoming and soon to be introduced AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS – better known as the DeMarxist welfare constituent voter-for-life bill.

Americans have also figured out who and what was responsible for the economic collapse in the first place. The hysteria generation that worked so well that first time hasn’t done so well recently, have you noticed? The pandemic they worked so hard to gin up. When was the last time you heard about that? Notice the layers of lies they have piled on about the incipient environmental disasters we DON’T face, which are peeling away like the skins of an onion.

There is a new revolution out there and it’s growing in intensity daily. We will not be denied. It’s our America and we will preserve it.

‘Mainstream’ Propaganda Doesn’t Work Any More – Truth Reigns Supreme.

They don’t like it. They don’t really understand it either or they wouldn’t do and say the things they do. The ‘lamestream’ or ‘fringe’ media as we sometimes call them, are being increasingly marginalized by the nearly instantaneous transfer of information available to the average person at his or her computer keyboard today.

Back in the day when virtually the entire hard news output was controlled by major print media and the three large television networks, NBC, CBS and ABC, there was a virtual lock on opinions voiced outside of these increasingly politicized outlets. With a decidedly left-leaning message, Americans were hammered for decades with decidedly one-sided messages. What conservative voices there were on the right were marginalized and diminished as being eccentrics and somehow outside the norm of American politics.

The increasing preeminence of leftist thought in our journalism schools had really begun to be felt in the late 60’s and 70’s when I had returned from military service and entered college. The anti-war movement was in full bloom and the left’s grip on academia was pronounced. As a journalism student I had numerous clashes with professors or grad students objecting to the the conservative slant of many of my pieces. This didn’t do a heck of a lot for my grades in those classes, but even then I was stubbornly defending my position and pointing out the fallacy of the liberal Utopian redistribution of wealth model. As you can well imagine, I took a lot of heat for speaking my mind and standing up for conservative principles.

With the advent of conservative talk radio and the personal computer came a sea-change in the public’s access to varied points of view. The so-called ‘mainstream’ press, both print and television, had dominated the landscape for so long that they had taken a paternalistic attitude that the American people really didn’t know any better. We had to have our ‘betters’ interpret for us. Along with the information revolution came the ability of America and the world to access information from thousands of sources instantaneously.

America had not been sufficiently dumbed down despite the left’s best efforts. We began to see the fallacy and the inaccuracies in what the left was saying. We saw lies and stories created out of whole cloth to support their socialist aims. Furthermore, we clearly saw the symbiosis between the leftist press and their political allies in the Democrat party and in the entrenched Washington bureaucracies. We began to talk to each other and exchange ideas. Not necessarily the ideas of our own party leadership either, for we had found them wanting. We came together through our new-found information freedom fountain as never before. The Conservative revolution was born. The country awoke and its people felt the resurgence of hope that was birthed with the adoption of the greatest document in history, the United States Constitution, on March 4, 1789.

We now re-dedicate ourselves to the ideals of the Constitution and the principles of truth, freedom and individual responsibility that has made America the greatest country in history.
