Party Of Delusion, Not Inclusion – Intellectual Bankruptcy.

There’s a lot going on over in the Congress, and not much of it is good news for the DeMarxists and the Obama regime’s headlong rush to destroy this country using the economy. It seems that resistance to the administration’s policies is reaching new heights.

Many Democrat lawmakers from both Houses are looking at the calendar, and then for which of the bright, young and fresh Conservative challengers is zeroing in on them. What looked like a pretty good year for the Republicans not too long ago, has begun to show indications of being a game changer of historic proportions.

Seems like the RNC in a bunch of states is getting wise in looking for, and recruiting, fresh strongly conservative candidates. All across the country, wherever there is a special election the Democrats are in crisis mode. The mood of the country is ugly and getting uglier. Where there’s no special election, there’s no less trepidation given the ever decreasing time between now and November. There’s an awful lot of what were solid Democrat seats out there that are now not nearly so safe, and many are in dire peril from aggressive Conservative challenges.

What’s the difference? It’s not the RNC, though they jumped aboard the Patriot express and thus far have handled themselves well. The Patriot movement insisted that smaller government, national defense, adherence to the rule of law and the Constitution be the banner that the Conservatives carry into the elections.

The opposite seems to be true over at Utopia central. No one is happy with the tepid victory which accompanied the Democrats passing the health care bill. The Anointed One has been running all over the country trying to sell Obamacare and according to reports, not all that successfully. Seems like the President can’t make it sound like anything but what it is – a fiscal nightmare and the death of the best medical health care system in the world. The more of this bill that the American people are exposed to, the higher the resistance to it grows.

What should have been Obama’s signature accomplishment will end up being the one that causes him to be a one term President. This bill, and all the other power grabs being thrown out there, have fragmented the Democrats and their mantra of race, poverty, envy and environmental fascism. Segments of the country are suffering under unemployment rates as high as twenty per cent, with no relief in sight. These folks have long reconsidered their support of Obama and his destruction derby.

Vast numbers of people unite with the Patriots every day. The contrast is marked. The Democrat message is from a party that just teems with intellectual energy but few who know how to think. The message is worn as are the people who deliver it time after time, never noticing the sparsity of their audience. The American people want answers, not feelings and falsity.

Twentieth Century Conservative, Twenty First Century Extremist.

We are all pretty much used to the tactics of the left, and I mean left, not liberal or Democrat. The verbal abuse, the exaggeration, the revision of history, not to mention the occasional criminal damage or assault. You get acclimatized to it after a while and accept it as part of the course. There is one thing that really gets to me though, being the easy going sort of person that I am – the current trend of labeling Republicans / Conservatives / Patriots as extremists.

I differentiate between liberal/Democrat and ‘left’ because the forces that have taken over the Democrat party can hardly be compared to Andrew Jackson, Harry S. Truman or even the relatively recent Bill Clinton. I’m sure the first two of the aforementioned would turn in their graves if they could see what had become of their party, with lies, bullying tactics and a total disrespect and disregard for the Constitution all being  acceptable in their rule book.

I feel a certain sympathy for the centrists in their party now, I know a lot of liberals and they are nice enough people, although a little misguided. They just happened to be born with the extra ‘G’ chromosome (G for gullible), not something they chose.

It would be interesting to see how many of these ‘extremist tea partiers’ have, at some time in the past, voted Democrat. More than a handful, I would suggest. There’s hope for some of them yet. They don’t all want to live in a country where they are bred to serve the government, being told what they can eat, what they can drive, what they can read or who they should listen to on the radio. They still hold the belief that Rights are given by God alone, not by some wannabe fake idol who purports that we should be subservient to the elected servants of the people.

So, ‘extremist tea partiers’? Hardly. It’s like sitting on a smooth, high speed train, where you can’t feel the motion of the vehicle. You look out of the window and see the land speeding away to your right hand side. It’s not the ground base moving to the right, Mr LeftWing observer, it’s your Democrat train hurtling to the left – a train that will be going south very soon now!

South Korea… Shut Up And Smile.

Barack Obama has such a touch with allies… especially allies who have very big, very tough sworn enemies breathing down their necks. Back in the day as such things went, we didn’t spend a lot of time on a breaking story that had scant information. All of that went south with the advent of the world-wide web.

I’ve found that with the net being what it is many times, sources can be searched before the various authorities involved can move in and sanitize the story. An example of that was the South Korean corvette that was sunk. Looking around I noticed immediately that very early mention had said the ship had been torpedoed. Within hours it had been scrubbed, reports had been changed to possible floating mines. Reports about a reaction and communication between the Obama White House and the South Korean Government also disappeared.

South Korean Naval Vessels Search For Survivors And Bodies From The 'Cheonan'

Obama had to muzzle the Koreans. If in fact it was a torpedo, it was a deliberate open act of war by the North. The North and South have had minor clashes going back to the end of the Korean War. This is different. This was a warship inside of South Korean waters. Forty six crewmen were lost. Since the initial stories, the focus has remained on the ship either having some sort of internal issue resulting in an explosion, or the mine story.

If the Koreans declared it to be a torpedo, they and we would have to face up to an overt and planned act of war against the South. So would Obama. The last thing this guy wants to have to do is to stand up against the North – they’re ideologically closer to Obama’s personal political inclinations. He has just completed giving in to another possible enemy, Russia, by agreeing to reduce the number of nuclear warheads in our arsenal for relatively nothing.

With the tension in the Middle East ratcheting up, with Iran, Syria, Lebanon, the West Bank, we are going to be in this one once it starts for sure. Not willingly, but we’ll get swept up into it before it’s over. It will be interesting to see how fast Obama runs interference for the bad guys.

Up in the North things are looking uglier than at any time since the armistice. If we get committed in Iran/Iraq, look for the North, probably at the instigation of the North’s masters in China, to try something, possibly causing us to have to reinforce the troops there in the South now. Pure speculation I agree, but don’t forget that on June 25,1950, the last thing our military command in the Far East was looking for was the North Koreans boiling across the border between the two Koreas, destroying everything in their path.

Obama’s policies are far, far more likely to put this country into a shooting conflict than if he showed some spine to our enemies. Obama just doesn’t get it. He reminds me of the kid on the playground who appeases and talks his way around the local bully instead of standing up for himself. That stuff may be ok for playgrounds. Out here where the big kids play, the thought of this lightweight bumpkin making critical blunder after blunder… somebody is going to have a real bad day.

Obama – Seventeen Minute Rambling Diatribe To Answer Tax Question.

It sounded like a 3000 page reply to a simple question from a ‘worker’, you remember that word… it’s a favorite of the left. If this was a set-up it was a good one. The question was bluntly placed and Obama launched into a seventeen minute ramble that somnolized everyone in hearing range. Sounding like a caricature of his campaign, he went right into his sales pitch selling the bill over and over. Why, if this wonder of blind legislation was so wonderful, are they having so much trouble selling this pile of garbage to their own base?

Obama at Celgard LLC, Charlotte NC.

Unless that woman was a plant placed there so that Obama had a platform from which to launch his meandering reply, Obama showed to all and sundry that once again, without his canned teleprompter gig, he’s disconnected and repetitive. This guy simply is not that good off the cuff… and when he gets off the cuff he gets out of there in a hurry.

The problem with lying is that every time you tell it it’s just a little less effective, and by now pretty much everyone except the hopeless Kool-Aid crew has, or is figuring out that, this thing is a vast smoke and mirrors snake oil. He’s a one man medicine show with plenty of Dr.Feelgood to pass around.

The problem with what he does is that he can never actually answer a direct question because if he told the truth he would have to say something like, ‘Hell yes, I’m raising taxes. I’m putting us farther in debt than all of the administrations in the history of this Republic combined. I’m going to tax you, your children and their children higher than any US government in history… and we’re going to curtail your freedoms in the process because we can’t have you making your own decisions. You might decide that you have a right to the labor of your hands or the intellectual property of your brain’.

We have one chance to stop this and turn it around… and would somebody please tell the damned dummies in the RNC to get their act together quick!! Or get out.
We’re not putting up with that weak-minded sort of sidewalk act any more.

Lying And Invention – Part And Parcel Of This Administration.

You could call it creative accounting. It is certainly very wishful thinking in the face of massive evidence to the contrary, but our never-to-be-phased, ever-eager-to-invent President is out there again weaving stories out of whole cloth. His only problem is that the nation is rapidly figuring out that our would be emperor has no clothes.

Reflected in the teleprompter, Obama in Charlotte, North Carolina.

He’s actually out there touting a 9.5% unemployment rate, which if all numbers were figured in would run somewhere near 18%, as some sort of success. In fact, if the temporary hiring for the census was subtracted the unemployment figures would be even higher than 9.5%. To the adulation of the rent-a-mob crowds, which have become de rigeur at the Anointed One’s appearances, Obama had the nerve to say that we “had turned the corner” on the recession and good times will be had by all.

Hmm… an absolutely jobless recovery… three point eight million jobs lost since the stimulus bill was passed! Commercial bankruptcies at a historical high this year, banks around the country hiding foreclosures by keeping them off the market, a government whose policies toward business is completely antithetical to the private sector, while gobbling up vast chunks of the economy with absolutely no knowledge or expertise in running any of these businesses.

What it looks like from where I sit is a flat-out Marxist takeover of our country by a Marxist ideologue who is desperate to put as many of his totalitarian policies in force as he can, before the just retribution of the people of this country can take place in November. He knows that unless he can steal voter registration or pass amnesty for illegal aliens, he and his Congress are toast – his Congress in 2010 and him in 2012.

His legacy, rather than being that of the most transformative American President, will be that of a treasonous politician who attempted to take the country to ruin and the worst President in the history of this country.

Obama’s Sniveling About Patriots And The New Media Continues.

CBS news, in keeping with the lowest standards of television news journalism, standards as low as their ratings, pandered to Barack Hussein Obama and listened to his diatribe against American citizens, patriots who would dare to speak their minds regarding Obama’s multi-trillion dollar assault on our way of life, our laws and Constitution. He continued his rant with references to conservative television (Fox News), talk radio and the Conservative internet, what is commonly referred to as the ‘blogosphere’ (a name I’ve never really cottoned on to, for what has turned out to be a very potent outlet for the dissemination of information and opinion).

Morning Show co-host Harry Smith tossed more softballs than a pitching machine, his most poignant question was enough to put any Conservative Republican in stitches. When on the basketball court with Obama, Harry actually asked Obama if he ‘could go to his right’, referring to his shooting. Obama (a leftie, cough) said he could but he 'prefers his left'. Really? We’d never have guessed, Harry.

Speaking of one of the reasons Congress severely needs to be cleaned like a moldy basement, Representative Hank Johnson (D) Georgia replaced that intellectual giant Cynthia McKinney. When referring to the number of military personnel on the central Pacific island of Guam, the Representative spoke of his concern that the island would overturn like a boat with too many people in it. He stated that the island was 7 miles long and 7 miles wide (it’s 30 miles long by from 4 to 12 miles wide).

Guam is one of our most important Pacific bases and was the scene of some of the most brutal fighting of the war between the US Marines and the forces of Imperial Japan. Fortunately for the Representative’s peace of mind, Admiral Robert Willard, Commander of the US Pacific Fleet, was present to assure the Representative that this was ‘unlikely to happen’. Makes you wonder doesn’t it?

The DeMarxists’ goon tactics were in full bloom during the Patriot Rally in Searchlight, Nevada. About 30 members of IBEW showed up just in time for Andrew Breitbart to catch them on video throwing eggs at the ‘tea party express’ buses. One of the ‘gentlemen’ threatened Andrew and his camera crew with physical harm. Andrew also upped his offer for anyone who could come up with a video or audio of those two black Representatives, who claimed to be the victims of spitting and racial epitaphs from Conservative patriots at the Capitol rally during the health care voting, from 10,000 to 100,000 dollars. There have been no takers. That’s because they don’t exist. The claims, like the two gentlemen involved, are as phoney as a three dollar bill.
We need to be constantly mindful of who and what we are dealing with.

Obama And The Fish Market Trail – Herring For Sale.

If it walks like a duck and looks like a duck, if it has webbed feet like a duck… chances are it’s not a lobster. At Barack’s friendly fish market, things aren’t very fresh, especially downwind from his magnanimous, friendly, energy offshore drilling pronouncement.

If it looks like week old fish, if it smells like week old fish… Has anyone stopped to wonder why Barack (I intend to destroy the coal industry) Obama would ’suddenly’ have an epiphany about offshore drilling, or any drilling for that matter? Interior Department head Ken Salazar had frozen all oil and natural gas exploration permits for the entire continental United States and Alaska at the express instructions of his boss.

The amount of area that Obama is talking about opening for drilling is infinitesimally small in relationship to the known and suspected reserves that are awaiting, not only offshore but here in the continental United States itself as well as Alaska. Petroleum geologists believe that there is enough oil and gas to last this country for the next 100 years, plenty of time to experiment and develop the next generations of energy technology, and no, I’m not referring to solar or wind power. They are simply another green phantom being thrown out there by the left and will never be a significant source of energy.

Obama is playing the fool’s gambit, using the dangling promise of domestic energy production to entice some foolish RINO Republicans, like Olympia Snowe and the ever compliant and utterly disgusting Lindsey Graham, to sign on to a ‘bi-partisan energy’ policy while Salazar and his department drag their feet with one bureaucratic stall after another.

Then when, at long last, if and when the permits are ever issued, the second line of defense to whom Obama and the administration stooges are totally in accord, the zero progress, zero growth flat earth enviro-nazis, will bring lawsuit after lawsuit ad infinitum and the leftist federal courts will haul their water for them.

Meanwhile, back at the zoo, the EPA is even now beginning to implement the stalled cap and tax carbon mandates that the DeMarxists were unable to get through the Congress. As if our already staggering economy were not in enough trouble, this onerous and absolutely unnecessary dictum will crush whatever life is left out of our economy.

What our minorities in the House and Senate can do.
We can refuse to fund this nonsense. We can object to and filibuster every single funding item that comes to the Congress from the 3,000 page health monstrosity. We can hold it up and cripple it while simultaneously working to retire as many of our esteemed DeMarxist comrades as possible, and the way things are shaping up, it’s going to be a whole bunch.

God willing, when we gain the leadership in the House and Senate again, one of the first things we should do is to pull the fangs of the EPA once and for all. This detestable unelected dictatorship must go.
