Where Oh Where Has The GOP Gone? – And Other Tales.

I’ve been quite proud of the way our Republican House has behaved, for the most part… and disappointed in our leadership in equal proportion. In this political environment, here and now is the time… there is no tomorrow if we don’t deal with the reality of today. We simply do not have the luxury of fostering a weak leadership, whose first instinct on any issue is to compromise. We must have solid conservative leadership grounded in the fundamentals of the Constitution.

The establishment Republicans have all but allied themselves with the DeMarxists in their efforts to delegitimize the Patriot Movement. The attacks in the statist Lame Stream Press have been incessant, with the usual spiels starting with charges of racism and then running the full gamut of leftist bleatings… ‘We’re (the Tea Party) going to stuff granny in the dumpster, wheelchair and all’. ‘We’re against women and children, because we oppose the Department of Education and the teachers’ unions’.

.... or here? (I know where the police would rather be).

Some of the things I hear coming out of supposed Republican mouths bring swift and sharp reaction from Tea Party ranks. These same Republicans are the first to run in a fight and, time after time, grovel at the feet of the opposition like dogs seeking the approval of their masters… or turn coat at the last minute on a crucial vote. Or, like some, just sell out altogether. Of the two, I think I prefer the complete sell-out… they’re the more honest of the two.

We cannot abide weak leadership any longer. We need principled fighters in there, and not RINOs. The Lame Stream statist press is doing everything in its power to affect the Republican nominating system in Mitt Romney’s favor, while at the same time the north-eastern establishment Republicans once again find themselves leagued with the enemy… to defeat the American people.

The GOP has to change and we don’t have the time to fool with the idiots, so we’ll just have to drag them along behind us. Until election time, that is. With the mood of the country the way it is, it’s going to be ‘Katie, bar the door’ time for a lot of Democrats, and not a few Republicans whose perfidy will finally have come home to roost.

I’m not in favor of Mitt Romney, but that’s not what this article is about. It is about the American Patriot movement and winning the Senate and the presidency in 2012. No more John McCains or Trent Lotts, please.

This thing can be won. The whole shebang… the entire shooting match. But it must be won by embracing conservative principles, and not the purposeless quagmire of compromise and capitulation.

The Best Man For The Job Is A Woman.

The results of the Iowa straw poll are not surprising to those of us who have watched the Republican lineup with some interest. If nothing else, the outcome highlights the failure of the extreme left and the Republican establishment’s failure to destroy her… Sarah Palin is waiting in the wings, while the political winds sweep away some of the chaff.



Either one of these ladies is more than capable enough to sweep the so-called Tea-Party to victory in 2012. That’s precisely the reason that both Michele and Sarah have both been attacked viciously and repeatedly by people of low character, who mask their venom under the cloak of media journalism. They have sold their souls to the Marxists who are sworn to our destruction. They are no longer the American media… they are the statist press.

As far as the Republican establishment is concerned, there is reason for their open hostility towards both Michele and Sarah. They know that if either of these two mini power-houses reaches the presidency, their days of rolling over at the first hint of opposition and going along to get along will be finished.

This should be a huge eye opener for all. It’s an absolute measure of the leftists’ and the Republican establishment’s real fear of both of these Conservative ladies. If it came to a choice between these two, I’d be hard pressed to make a choice.

It’s wild to watch the establishment’s support of Mitt Romney, who is purported to be the national GOP leader at this point. I’m not so sure. Romney still has some really serious flaws. Specifically, he still has not dealt with the anchor around his neck in the form of the Romneycare issue. His avoidance of the issue only makes him appear arrogant.

Rick Perry has thrown his hat in the ring… at last. Perry is another one who may please the establishment types. Some leftist types are singing his praises, a sure sign that he’s the one they want to run against. Perry has fatal political liabilities… his weakness on illegal immigration and his attempt to force the citizens of Texas to have their 11 and 12 year-old daughters inoculated for a cervical cancer virus transmitted by sexual activity. His advocacy of a trans-Texas super highway from Mexico has won him no friends among conservatives. I think his candidacy will falter when these things become common knowledge.

Ron Paul is Ron Paul… and the Paul ‘brownshirts’ were out in force, as usual. He doesn’t have a prayer of a chance. The Pawlenty ship never left the dock.

I’d like to know why Rick Santorum is being shunted to the side. I don’t think he can win and I have questions about where he stands on certain issues, but he should be heard. I don’t think Herman Cain can win either, but I really like the guy and I hope he sticks around. Hunter and McCotter are finito.

It’s going to be a really wild race. Don’t fall for the party BS. Stay focused on the goal in front of us.

Our Government Has A Fever.

I can just hear the slimy, smarmy voice of the greatest environut fraud of all time, Al Gore, saying that about Washville and the state of affairs there. Not that Al baby would have been a better bargain.



Though I don’t think he could have been any more destructive than this commie cabal, comprising much of our government, after watching the absolutely disgusting goings-on in Wisconsin, and other states and cities, who are financially over-a-barrel and enslaved to the entitlements granted to the public sector unions over a long period of time by weak-kneed governments… federal, state and local.

Successions of governments afraid of ‘public backlash’ (read: paranoiac fear of standing up to the goons and their willing allies, the communist (whoops, did I say that?) statist press… wholly owned by the Party. I’ll leave it to you to figure out which party.



I think we’re all agreed that this cannot stand. This didn’t start overnight. This mess is the result of sixty years or more of absolute irresponsibility by politicians of all stripes… continuously kicking the can down the road, buying a little time here and there, and then leaving office and making the taxpaying public pay the tab for the total unfunded liability of these claims. None of us out here in the private sector can claim such outrageous ‘benefits’.

So we come to this. There is a revolt in this country against the Marxist statists of the Obama regime, all of his tsars and political appointees, and the leftist statist press, who will go to any length to cover for their Anointed One… even treason. Yes, I said it and I’m not taking it back. Speaking of treason, this whole cabal just reeks of it.

I guess we are going to have to fight this battle on those terms. If they really seek to take it out to the streets… to paraphrase Rush Limbaugh… “Bring it on, there’s a whole bunch more of us than there are of you”. That’s the crux of the whole deal. There aren’t nearly enough of them to stop us when we are united as we are now. The united Patriot Movement scares the crap out of them because they fully well know that they and their radicals will never comprise more than 30% of the population.

Why else are they so desperate to keep the border undefended and our immigration laws in abeyance, while hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens have turned our border into a one way freeway north. That’s why they desperately need an immigration amnesty… to flood their ranks with undesirables who will be their obedient servants as long as the goodies keep flowing. Uh… that’s goodies paid for by you and I.
We have only this year to prepare… make it count!

The Straw Man March – The Left’s Obsession With Victimhood.

It’s a cameo of the Clinton administration right down to the ever charming Janet Napolitano waging warfare on ‘armed Christian militia groups’. Democrats all over the country are suddenly ‘in fear for the lives of themselves and their families’. What crap! Every time anyone, anytime calls them on their stuff they fall back on racism, or fear of the supposed militant right in this country. Then with the connivance of the statist, left wing lap dog press they attempt to link the entire patriot movement to every fancied incident they can create.

If that Christian Militia in Michigan was indeed plotting some insane campaign of terror against local police departments as part of a campaign against the government, then they were as stupid as they were inept. No patriot or group of patriots is actively plotting against the US Government, and most particularly if they were, they sure as hell wouldn’t start with the local police or Sheriff’s deputies.

There are parts of this story that just aren’t meeting the smell test… like so much of what the left does, they aren’t very good story tellers. They are too accustomed to their lies being given a gold plated pass by their goofball base and the statist press which has been carrying their water for so long.

The facts are that they can no longer depend on an ‘opinion lock’ by controlling the airwaves and the press, which they have done for so many years. The ‘new media’ has put a screeching halt to that.
That’s why the American Patriot Movement has been so successful. It is a bottom up grassroots movement completely independent of the traditional Republican establishment. In fact, it has more or less dragged the ‘old boy’ network along behind it, kicking and screaming most of the way, but coming along nonetheless.

The left knows it’s in real trouble with this movement gaining strength by the day as more and more Americans, and many of them self-identified Democrats, have come to the understanding that they’ve not only been sold a bill of goods, but that they, their families and their fortunes have been sold down the river on a raft of polyanna promises with no substance.



We have a radical left wing assault on our country, and it’s not the militias and other red herrings being thrown out there by the likes of Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Eric Holder and Janet Napolitano that we have to be concerned with… they are the war against America. Barack Hussein Obama’s White House and every Democrat lawmaker who supported him and turned their backs on their constituents and the American Constitution are guilty of de facto treason against the American people.

There is your ‘plot’ against the country, the rule of law and the people of this country. We need to be ever mindful of the left’s real goals and that as we march forward to November that the left, for all their bluster and bravado, are justifiably worried and will stop at nothing to hold power. We literally have to be prepared for anything.
